From Mr. Knajbl, we wanted to build a well on the building plot for the purpose of irrigating the utility garden, including the so-called engineering - running out of offices. The land was located in the protection zone of the 2nd degree water source, which we knew in advance. When asked if it would be possible to build a well here in this protection zone, we turned to Mr. Knajbl at the very beginning. The question was answered both by phone and in writing by e-mail. The answer was that it shouldn't be a problem. We let him work in good faith, go around the authorities, prepare an HG report, a well project, etc. Everything went great and the communication was very good. He submitted all the necessary documents, including the statement of the water authority (where there must have been an obvious negative opinion), etc. to the municipality and we paid CZK 6,000 for the work so far. Soon the statement of the municipality came by post that the construction of the well could not be permitted, because the construction of any water works in the given area has been prohibited since 2012 precisely because of the protection zone of the water source. Mr Knajbl claimed on the phone that he had only learned about the buffer zone from a letter from the municipality. It is difficult to say whether he only "forgot to check for possible restrictions in the protection zone for the first contract or whether he was not interested in it at all and drove according to learned stereotypes, or even suspected in advance and just wanted easy money. He was confronted by phone with information about the protection zone was available from us right at the beginning, so why didn't he start from this end, he avoided direct answers to the question, pretended not to understand, then hung up vulgarly.

We had a drilled well built. The company of the Knajbl well was recommended to us by acquaintances. We didn't have to worry about anything. Everything went perfectly. I can only recommend you again thanks.

At first, everything went well. The arrival was postponed several times for several reasons. The drilling was successful, mainly a lot of money. Unfortunately, I paid for it and did not take over the construction site. After Mr. Knajbl, an INCREDIBLE mess remained, which I removed for 4 hours + transport of the remains to the collection yard. He promised to plug in a pump, he doesn't pick up the phones and he doesn't communicate in any other way. He did not perform the resource yield test, although he charged it. Next time, I would definitely not choose him as a supplier.

Communication with Mr. Sniper was good. Sometimes he didn't pick up the phone but he always called back. He arranged the well on a turnkey basis. From building permits through drilling and connection to the house. I am satisfied with the work and always answered all my questions. According to my research, the price was very good. Some companies even wanted twice as much as Mr. Knajbl.
