★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess I should start with the quality of their sushi. It’s fresh, fresh and fresh and you can taste it. The inside interior is nicely redone though from the outside it still has the 1980’s look as the bistro is in an outdated hotel space. Friendly and helpful staff with a good entrepreneurial vibe. They do take-away as well. So give it a try and don’t forget to take the Miso soup special! P.S. Also so nice green loose teas to go with the sushi
