★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice vstřícný prodejce. Ač nenabízí přesně to, co poptávam (krbovou vložku s teplovodním výměníkem), prodejce byl velice ochotný a vstřícný a věnoval mi dost času, kdy mi ochotně zodpověděl všechny mé dotazy a ukázal vše, co mne zajímalo.

Na 2x zapajali u mna (na druhe zavolanie strasna neochota), ani potom nefunguje ako ma (kondenzat z komina kvapka z von na kamna cez prirubu na komin na strope). Sam som si pretesnil a funguje! Nasledne priruba na komin, kt vyrabali taktiez netesni a steka kondenzat po komine, na co odpoved: “dodavatel co nam to vyrabal nam to nereklamuje, takze sorry”. Horsi pristup k zakaznikovi som uz dlho nevidel. Katastrofa..
Amateurs and babraci. Great stove. Disaster service. At 2 times they fired at me (on the second call a terrible reluctance), even then it does not work like me (condensate from the chimney drop from outside to the stove through the flange to the chimney on the ceiling). I screwed myself and it works! Then there is a flange on the chimney, which they also made leaking and condensate flows down the chimney, to which the answer: "the supplier who made it for us does not advertise it to us, so sorry". I haven't seen a worse approach to the customer in a long time. Disaster ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na prodejne jsme se zakladne informovali, nasledne nas pro konkretni realizaci odkazali na technika pro nasi lokalitu. Po telefonu a emailu jsme probrali co zhruba chceme, krome krbu jsme pres nej resili i stavbu komina od schiedlu. Jak stavba komina, tak obestavba probehla presne dle domluvy. (Meli jsme par napadu, nechali jsme si poradit co ano a co a proc radeji ne). Resili jsem i mensi reklamaci s malym zatekanim prez okapnicku na komine, do 14 dni bylo opraveno jeste pred obestavbou. Puvodne jsme volili mezi Seguin a Jotul 520FR, nakonec jsem moc rad ze jsme vybrali tento konkretni model od Jotul s externim privodem vzduchu, snadno se roztapi, regulace funguje jak ma a vyborne hori i na maly vykon.

Both the construction of the chimney and the construction took place exactly according to the agreement. (We had a couple of ideas, we got advice on what to do and what and why not). We also resolved a smaller complaint with a small leak through the drip on the chimney, it was repaired within 14 days before the enclosure. Originally we chose between Seguin and Jotul 520FR, in the end I was very happy that we chose this particular model from Jotul with external air supply, it easily melts, the regulation works as it should and it burns well even at low power.
