★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrzi me, ze není možné dát min než jednu hvězdičku. Bohužel má zkušenost s touto firmou je zatím to nejhorší setkání s dodavatelem v mem životě. První schůzka úžasná, spousta slibu, nic není problém, vše umíme atd. Po výběru řešení a uhrazení zálohové faktury s realizací v srpnu přišla studená sprcha. Milion vymluv a produkt doma v říjnu, s tím, že během instalace si vlastně uvědomili, že nemají nami uhrazeny komín, který byl součástí dodavky atd ( herecky vykon hodny Oscaru ). Dnes je konec listopadu a po dvou měsících máme v obýváku nezapojena krbova kamna, na dokončení stále čekáme. Nekomunikace,arogance,lhaní,rušení termínu montáží třeba i 30 minut před začátkem, krom 150 tisíc korun zálohy, nefunkční kamen a asi pěti dnů dovolené na již zmiňované termíny realizaci, to vše umí firma Moderni krb. A umí to velice dobře. Zrealizovat zaplacenou zakázku po šesti měsících nikoliv.

Telecommunications, arrogance, lying, canceling the deadline for assembly even 30 minutes before the start, in addition to 150 thousand crowns deposit, non-functional stove and about five days of vacation for the aforementioned dates of realization, all this can do the company Moderni krb. And he can do it very well. Not to realize the paid order after six months.
