J	Jan Střálka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S tímto e-shopem mám velmi špatnou zkušenost a ze svého okolí zjišťuji, že nejsem jediný. Objednal jsem si u nich ne zrovna levný telefon, ale protože v komunikaci se objevily pochybnosti, tak jsem objednávku zrušil a objednal si zboží jinde. Tím ovšem problémy teprve začaly. I když jsem objednávku výslovně zrušil a nepřevzal jsem si ji, tak mi nepřišly peníze nazpět. Místo toho se mi pokoušeli objednávku doručit po 3 týdnech znova. Bohužel kurýr PPL mi to jen dal do ruky a odjel, aniž bych si zásilku z tohoto e-shopu přál vyzvednout. Nyní e-shop odmítá zásilku převzít zpět a vrátit mi peníze nazpět, ačkoliv jsem zboží ani nerozbalil. Vymlouvají se na 14denní lhůtu, která neplatí při objednávání na firmu. To je sice pravda, ale já jsem objednávku zrušil již dříve než se ke mě zboží dostalo, takže mi e-shop vůbec neměl zboží znovu doručovat. Divím se co e-shop s takovými praktikami vůbec dělá na Heurece. Objednávání zde bych doporučil jen otrlým nákupčím a rozhodně se nepokoušejte zboží platit předem. Pokud jste firma nebo živnostník, tak vás nic dobrého nečeká, když tento e-shop využije toho, že pro vás neplatí občanský zákoník. Viz toto zřejmé nedorozumění, které vyřešila firma po svém ve svůj prospěch. I have a very bad experience with this e-shop and I find out from my surroundings that I am not the only one. I ordered a not exactly cheap phone from them, but because there were doubts in communication, I canceled the order and ordered the goods elsewhere. But that's just the beginning of the problems. Even though I explicitly canceled the order and did not take it over, I did not receive the money back. Instead, they tried to deliver the order to me again after 3 weeks. Unfortunately, the PPL courier just gave it to me and left without wishing to pick up the shipment from this e-shop. Now the e-shop refuses to take the shipment back and return the money to me, even though I didn't even unpack the goods. They make excuses for a 14-day period, which does not apply when ordering from the company. That is true, but I canceled the order before the goods reached me, so the e-shop should not have delivered the goods to me again at all. I wonder what an e-shop with such practices does at Eureka at all. I would recommend ordering here only to tough buyers and definitely do not try to pay for the goods in advance. If you are a company or a self-employed person, then nothing good awaits you if this e-shop takes advantage of the fact that the Civil Code does not apply to you. See this obvious misunderstanding that the company has resolved in its favor.

V Česku, jak jsem zjistil, existuje pouze jediná služba, která umí vynést toto zboží po schodech do bytu. Je to GEIS, cena se pohybuje mezi 2,5 a 4 tis. Kč. Pokud se vám to nelíbí, můžete si to tahat sami a buď u toho vypustíte duši nebo ne. V gsm-market mě velmi příjemně překvapili. Pouhý 1 den po objednání dojeli 3 chlapi, sami vynesli ledničku do bytu do 2. patra bez výtahu, odbalili a i odnesli ten binec z obalu. Příjemní, veselí, v pohodě. Cena této služby byla 0 Kč, výnos měli totíž k tomuto zboží zdarma a navíc cena zboží byla u nich nižší než cena ve většině jiných obchodů. Skvělá zkušenost! Důvod, proč nehodnotím 5 hvězdami je jen ten, že se nedá platit platebními kartami. Hotovost nebo bankovní převod beru za zastaralý, pomalý a nepohodlný způsob, jak někomu zaplatit. The price of this service was CZK 0, the revenue was free for these goods and, in addition, the price of the goods was lower than the price in most other stores. Great experience! The reason why I don't rate 5 stars is just that you can't pay by credit card. I take cash or bank transfer as an outdated, slow and inconvenient way to pay someone. Otherwise OK, I recommend!
F	Fry Vil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost s objednávkou za x let. Horší firmu jsem uz dlouho neviděla. Objednávala jsem 2ks zboží v jedné objednávce. Bez mého svolení, bez oznámení objednávku rozdělili na dvě části a poslali různými dopravci (PPL a DHL). Varnou desku jsem převzala na stejné adrese, protože se dalo s řidičem PPL domluvit. DHL chladničku nedorucili, tvrdí přitom, že jsem zásilku odmítla převzít. Poslala jsem společností celou komunikaci s DHL, smsky, časy komunikace, stížnost na řidiče DHL. Gsm market ale stejně mi chce nauctovat dopravné za zboží které nedorucili. Kvůli pár stovkám mě otravuji už měsíc, peníze za objednávku mají samozřejmě u sebe a nevraceji. Nedoporučuji!!!! The worst order experience in x years. I haven't seen a worse company in a long time. I ordered 2 pieces of goods in one order. Without my permission, without notice, the order was divided into two parts and sent by different carriers (PPL and DHL). I took over the hob at the same address, because it was possible to arrange with the PPL driver. DHL did not deliver the refrigerator, claiming that I refused to accept the shipment. I sent the company all communication with DHL, text messages, communication times, a complaint against DHL drivers. But the gsm market still wants to charge me freight for goods they did not deliver. I've been bothering me for a month because of a few hundred, of course they have the money for the order with me and I don't return it. I do not recommend !!!!

Široký výběr - co nemají na prodejně a pokud je to v jejich možnostech - zboží objednají. Za mě rozhodně - DOPORUČUJI. I was always very satisfied with the staff.
