★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 31.5 ve 19:05 jsem navštívil vaší pobočku v Ostravě Avion shopping Park kde jsem chtěl prodat hry na Xbox 360 a na PS4 a chtěl jsem si zakoupit hry nové. Aniž by jsi paní prodavačka hry prohlédla tak nám bylo zděleno že hry nevykupujete ale spíše se jich zbavujete. Arogantní jednání prodavačky nás natolik naštvalo že po několika letech kdy jsme nakupovali jen u JRC jsme se rozhodli že budeme chodit ke konkurenci. Nebyla to první špatná zkušenost.
On 31.5 at 19:05 I visited your branch in Ostrava Avion shopping Park where I wanted to sell games for Xbox 360 and PS4 and I wanted to buy new games. Without you looking at the game saleswoman, we were told that you are not buying games, but rather getting rid of them. The saleswoman's arrogant behavior upset us so much that after several years of shopping only at the JRC, we decided to go to the competition. It was not the first bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z nejlepších poboček JRC. Ten chlupatý pán vám pomůže snad se vším. Pokud hru náhodou nehrál (což se stává málokdy), tak má po ruce recenzi známého, který ji hrál. Má načtenené informace a pokud zrovna neví, hned vám ochotně mrkne na net. S výkupem her jsme také nikdy neměli problém. Přála bych si v obchodech více takových Prodavačů. :-)
One of the best branches of the JRC. That hairy gentleman will help you with everything. If he didn't play the game by chance (which rarely happens), he has a review of an acquaintance who played it on hand. He has the information retrieved and if he doesn't know, he will immediately take a look at the net. We also never had a problem buying games. I would like more such Sellers in stores. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Týden před Vánocemi jsem si přišel pro xbox game pass. Strávil jsem v prodejně kvůli tomu skoro půl hodiny, slečna ani nevěděla o co jde. Pomohl mi nakonec velmi ochotný asijský kolega který zrovna přišel na směnu. Chodím sem často a kluci byli vždy fajn. Kvůli slečně ubírám 2 *.
A week before Christmas, I came for an xbox game pass. I spent almost half an hour in the store because the girl didn't even know what it was about. In the end, a very helpful Asian colleague who just came on the shift helped me. I come here often and the boys have always been nice. I'm taking 2 * for the girl.
