I made an appointment with Mr. Engineer, when we talked to explain what it was about, I was informed that he charged about CZK 3,000 for this session (ie the rate per hour of your conversation). We had a week to answer this in writing to the court. At the meeting, he promised to send me an email, in which I will add certain details + send a list of things he will need for the defense. A week has passed and I have not received an email from him. In the morning, on the day when our deadline for answering the court ended, there was still nothing ... Unfortunately, the phone did not answer. in about 2 hours he called back, apologizing that he had a lot and that he was in court and could not pick up the phones. Two hours after the phone call, I received an email with a pattern where the header + was written - what I said at the first meeting. where I should have added certain facts. because it was the day we had to answer and it was already around 17:00 unfortunately, it was absolutely unrealistic for me to catch up .. He offered the phone that we can ask for an extension (14 days). if he should send it. I said yes. Within about 4 days, I added what he needed to the email. With the fact that some adjustments were to be made, because the letter (rather a completed sample of the document), which we had only written down and was still in the form of a rough shot. Several days have passed since then, again without reaction. On the last day of the end of the second deadline to answer the court, I called if he had not forgotten, apologized for being on vacation and the email I sent him did not go on his phone to open. He will wish to the computer later, so he will answer me ... But let me not be afraid that the first request for an extension of the deadline, which he sent first, was not approved (not answered), so that deadline cannot even expire) During that time, I received an invoice of about 15 thousand crowns. (He explained over the phone that this is a lump sum payment in advance, including representation in court) In the end, I agreed amicably with the other party to the dispute I wanted to lead, and we agreed. I call it Ing. Jan Fišer that I will no longer need him. He sent me an invoice for CZK 9,000. This is my experience and an opinion for everyone to do it themselves. You feel good in the office, he offered coffee, Mr. Fišer is nice and sympathetic in a personal meeting.
