E	Erika Es on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohuzel jsem musela po nekolikalete spokojenosti prestoupit k jinemu lekari, nebot uroven v gyo se rapidne zhorsila. Zejmena afektovanost a neochota sester na recepci me po rade poslednich navstev velice zaskocila, nemocna sestra me nakazila chripkou (coz se mi zda v centru plnem tehotnych, maminek velice nevhodne a neprofesionalni), a v posledni rade zasadni chybou lekarky v diagnoze. Moje posledni vysetreni probihaly stylem rychle rychle, nemame cas, dalsi pacient, bez vysvetleni, konzultace... Unfortunately, I had to move to another doctor after several years of satisfaction, because the level in gyo quickly deteriorated. Especially the affection and unwillingness of the nurses at the reception gave me a lot of surprise after a series of last visits, a sick nurse infected me with flu (which seems to me in the center full of pregnant, mothers very inappropriate and unprofessional), and last but not least. My latest exams went fast in style, we don't have time, another patient, no explanation, consultation ...
K	Kateřina S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel i já jsem se rozhodla po několika letech tuto ordinaci opustit a to kvuli velmi neprijemnemu pristupu jednoho z lekaru ktery semnou jednal jako kdyby tehotenstvi bylo trestny cin a ja naprosto neschopny debil. Takze jsem se pro muj klid a pohodu rozhodla pro jineho lekare. Unfortunately, I also decided to leave this surgery after a few years due to the very unpleasant attitude of one of the doctors who acted as if the pregnancy was a crime and I was a completely incompetent moron. So, for my peace and quiet, I decided on another doctor.
A	Andrea Sichrovska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní chování sester je neomluvitelné. Když se chcete objednat tak to je stejne jako dovolat se do Bileho domu. Po 3 dnech se dovolam abych zjistila ze nejblizsi termin maji za 2 tydny v 9:00. Po dvou dalsich podobnych navrzich terminu pomalu dostanu vynadano ze se mi zadny termin nelibi (sestra neni schopna pochopit ze taky chodim do prace) a ze tam ma jen dva lekare a vic terminu nema. Pocet lekaru asi mluvi za vse.. kdyz jsem sem prisla byli tu snad 4 lekari a ja mela svou stalou lekarku ale na kazde ze tri poslednich navstev mam pokazde jineho doktora (asi tam nikdo nevydrzi) a to uz me fakt nebavi. Uz se tu nebudu doprosovat o termin a jdu hledat jinou ordinaci. The arrogant behavior of the nurses is inexcusable. When you want to make an appointment, it's just like calling White House. After 3 days, I will contact you to find out from the nearest terminus in 2 weeks at 9:00. After two more similar designs of the term slowly get scolded that I do not like any term (sister is not able to understand that I also go to work) and that there is only two doctors and more deadlines. The number of doctors probably speaks for everything .. when I came here maybe 4 doctors and I had my permanent doctor but on each of the last three visits I have another doctor everywhere (probably no one there) and I really do not enjoy it. I'm not going to ask for a term here and go looking for another office.
E	Eliska Halova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní doktorka dobrý, ale ta recepce.. už 3. den se tam nemůžu dovolat, mám dvě čísla, oboje obvolávám ale bez šance .. Mrs. Doctor good, but the reception .. I can't call there on the 3rd day, I have two numbers, but I call both but no chance ..

Bez problémů, velmi milý a ochotný doktor - už takových lidí, kteří opravdu chtějí vyřešit váš zdravotní stav, nepotkávám. Za mě velká spokojenost. Sestry na mě nepříjemné nebyly a pokud by byly, tak by to holky schytaly. Za mě bez problému. Pokud je na vás někdo nepříjemnej nebo se vás jeho chování dotýká, tak mu to řekněte. Ti lidi jsou jenom lidi a sedí tam celý den. Občas prostě není do smíchu a není to nic neomluvitelného. Vy se určitě taky neusmíváte 24/7.:) I was lucky to get straight to Mr. Hanzelka. No problem, very kind and helpful doctor - I do not meet such people who really want to solve your health. Great satisfaction for me. The nurses weren't uncomfortable with me, and if they were, the girls would get caught. For me no problem. If someone is uncomfortable with you or his behavior touches you, tell him. Those people are just people and they sit there all day. Sometimes he just is not laughing and it is nothing inexcusable. You are certainly not smiling 24/7. :)

Volala jsem si na výsledky krevních testů a byla jsem x krát vyloženě seřvána, že mi nerozumí ať mluvím pořádně - což jsem dle mého teda mluvila, i kdyby ne, opravdu není vhodné na pacientky řvát. Nakonec mi jen řekla že je všechno v pořádku a co ještě chci a že ke gynekologovi mě objedná jen pokud chci antikoncepci (řešíme neplodnost a o miminko se snažíme). Po této zkušenosti jsem se rozhodla jít jinam, kde mi řekli, že to opravdu tak v pořádku není a řešíme IVF. Sestřička volala, že pokud jsem u nich registrovaná a byla jsem na prohlídce před méně než třemi měsíci, tak nemohu jít jinam nebo že si testy a prohlídky za tři měsíce mohu zaplatit já a pustí mě. Volala jsem si tedy na pojišťovnu, kde mi řekli že bych u nich musela být registrovaná méně než tři měsíce, nový pacient ale nejsem. A že to na mě zase vyloženě křičela? Opravdu nevhodné chování. Jsem ráda, že sem už chodit nemusím a takovéhle chování nemusím trpět. :) The nurses are not really behaving nicely. I called for the results of the blood tests and I was clearly told x times that he didn't understand me to speak properly - which, in my opinion, I said, even if not, it's really not appropriate to yell at patients. In the end, she just told me that everything was fine and what else I wanted and that she would order me to the gynecologist only if I wanted contraception (we solve infertility and we are trying for a baby). After this experience, I decided to go elsewhere, where they told me that it is really not so right and we are dealing with IVF. The nurse called that if I was registered with them and I had a tour less than three months ago, then I could not go elsewhere or that I could pay for the tests and examinations in three months and let me go. So I called the insurance company, where they told me that I would have to be registered with them for less than three months, but I am not a new patient. And that she was clearly shouting at me again? Really inappropriate behavior. I'm glad I don't have to come here anymore and I don't have to suffer from such behavior. :)
