You really won't find a better notary office in the city!

Hello, I have to share my experience with Mrs. Leszay. I tried to establish a SRO, which I would now retrospectively evaluate as a very bad move. Mrs. Leszay is certainly an educated woman who is very good at law. In certain circumstances, it would be an advantage if she did not try to apply her knowledge in order to enrich myself with me and then get rid of it as quickly as possible. When I asked her what trade license we would need, she constantly tried to end the counseling (discussion) as quickly as possible, saying that it didn't matter. However, I told her that our company will specialize in other things in the future, so for this reason we want it in the present. I was told that if this happens in the future, we can write it down (only later did I find out that the addition would cost more money). I don't know if she was in a hurry, but it seems very inappropriate to me, because I needed to clarify what kind of livelihood I need to close to my business. Instead of the advice I would expect from a notary, I received ironic remarks that I should have "prepared in advance". I was informed in advance from a friend that notaries try to stretch the partnership agreement as much as possible (ie write as much text as possible, as they have CZK 100 for each printed sheet). The notary tried to copy half of the Civil Code into the partnership agreement ... When I warned her that these things are stipulated by law, so they do not have to be registered in the partnership agreement, instead of complying, there was sour behavior and other ironies. I didn't leave. Therefore, in the end, 3 pages were saved (the pages are always in 2 copies, ie 600 CZK), but only because I fought in the blood with the notary. Otherwise, she would be happy to copy the complete Civil Code there. The conclusion is as follows. In the end, I preferred to start the company elsewhere, the notary did not want to register the company in the Commercial Register, saying that she does not do this (the notary classically charges about 2,500 CZK for this fact), but referred me to the register court, which performs for 6,000 CZK. I don't know if she has an agreement with anyone or what, but I'd rather pay her her "job" in the end, which was set at more than CZK 3,999 in a few tens of minutes, and I had the company set up by a notary from an acquaintance. It still paid off for me. Mrs. Leszay is certainly a well-versed notary, but unfortunately in the wrong sense. I do not recommend !!

Catastrophic experience, constant excuses that .., we send a letter stating that it will come by the end of September .. Meanwhile, three more calls that next week .. and next week .. and that the letter will arrive by the end of October !! It's almost the end of November and every week I assure us that the letter will come by the end of the week !! They make people crazy, mainly because they count how much and by when we have to pay for their "services" they did it quickly .. who you can, avoid them ..

I can highly recommend. Well written special power of attorney. P. Leszay accepted me within 2 days, which is impossible in Prague. Very willing, and patient. We proceeded from the proposal of a power of attorney in Italian. So first translations, then cut into an acceptable form in the Czech Republic. I can only recommend.
