★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms/staff here were good - rooms well stocked and comfortable. The hotel has to lose a star though on noise - the walls are very thin and we unfortunately suffered from a loud night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the reception is absolutely HORRIBLE! The rudest service I’ve ever experienced. It made me want to go find another hotel. Extremely unpolite behaviour towards all of the guests. Also, that’s propably not their policy but leaving your luggage before getting the room is also paid (I’ve never seen that before). The manager is actually the rudest ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal hotel, clean and modern. No wellness, small gym (like a joke), good breakfast, nice staff. No 5 star hotel in Western European standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I can say that is an OK hotel in a very good location, but is not by any means a 5 stars hotel, is either a good 3 stars or a average 4 stars hotel.
Pros:
•Location is great
• Breakfast is good with variety but many other options nearby.
Cons:
•Small rooms
•Tiny gym
•Poor noise isolation in the rooms
•Malfunctions in the furnitures (broken hanger in the wardrobe)
•Some of the staff were not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location 5/5, to metro station 2min walking. Breakfast was very delicious and you had many things to choose from. Our room was very clean and comfy. They changed a handsoapbar every day and the quality of the soapbars and shampoos seemed great. I recommend! 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I planned to have a great holiday in Prague for 2 days, found "Urban Creme" via Booking.com and immediately booked (9 days before the trip) for the total price €171 without cancellation options because I was sure nothing will change and I will have a great time. Right after I booked the hotel (~ 2 minutes) my girlfriend told me that we will have to take our dog (chihuahua) with us, as you may guess I haven't expected it and as result haven't checked the policy at the Booking and it is not the section which easily pops up when you made a booking. I decided to contact the hotel and ask are they pet friendly, they said no. With taking into account that it has been revealed right after the booking (not a day or even a week before), literally right after, I've asked about possibility to cancel the booking and return the deposit, because I thought it won't impact their availability and it doesn't seem like something irreversible, people make mistakes. My request was declined without comments or other options, poor customer experience. Based on my case, I think they are greedy to money, so others may expect similar behaviour from them but in different situations, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't beat the location and the price is very good too. Staff was great and breakfast (buffet style) was fair as well. Hotel is very clean.
The only cons I have is the fact that the rooms are indeed very small. It didn't bother me as a sole traveler but for a couple with full luggage, it may get cramped.
It can also be noisy at times but again, I didn't mind.
Would definitely recommend and I would come back too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Creme is really nice and that was very unexpected as it was not too expensive. We were able to fit 4 people into one room and it was so nice. You can leave your luggage in storage for before and after check in/out. The location is a nice distance to the city where it is quiet but not far away at all. The shower is so nice and so is the air conditioning in the rooms and lobby. Everything is super clean and is just a really nice place to be after a long day in the hot Prague sun. I highly recommend booking a reservation to Urban Creme if they have space
