H	Henry Aquilina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a comfortable room in a strategic location, then I can recommend this place. Rooms are spotlessly clean, common parts a little less with spiders having set up shop in some corners. All the staff is warm, kind and helpful, with the exception of one who is always ignoring guests for as ling as possible by listening to music through her cordless headphones, or making personal calls while the guests are waiting... She was also very rude to some guests (not to me, but seeing this still puts you off when you see this happen, doesn't it?) A somewhat humourous situation was waiting at the desk while she was just listening to music while the other staff were pulling faces and wondering why she was ignoring the guests - some of those expressions were priceless! So yeah, one worm in an otherwise juicy apple!

The rooms were tidy and neat, but we missed airco, with higher temperatures it was very difficult to stay inside (maybe that's how they force tourists to go out? :P). There was a standing fan, which did help a bit, but only in the evening. Not enough sockets (our double bed had only one on one side, for another one we had to unplug one of the lamps) and not much light. Nice breakfast, fresh and with enough choices. Very friendly and professional staff! Possible to store your baggage from what we understood, but since we didn't need that service I can't say anything specific about it.
R	Rene Dowling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite good considering everything but some issues need to be addressed mainly the baking hot room temperatures. For a four star hotel this is never accepted or even imagined in the scariest of nightmares. Another thing I disliked is one particular receptionist lacking basic manners. On the positive side the location is strategic with easy access from the airport and easy to reach everywhere in Prague. The rooms are medium sized and nicely decorated.
H	Helena Sema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The city is very beautiful but i would not recommend this hotel for staying and passing your holidays. First of all, the staff very impolite and very cold people. They dont know how to treat the guests. Secondly, the service room was not good. The towel and the bed wardrobes weren't changed, neither a bottle of water in the fridge room, even if it was to pay, the room wasn't cleaned every day, and the food not a very good quality,because it is supposed to be every thing in order and excellent because it is a 4 stars hotel. At least, I would never returned in this hotel and I would never recommend to the others.

Staff were polite throughout our stay, even when we arrived and had to have our TV replaced they were very apologetic and it was sorted without an issue. A great selection of buffet breakfast given every morning, plenty to choose from and all fresh food. Would 100% stay here again in my favourite city!

We got false rooms (booked single room with two beds, received single room with double bed), the shower was faulty (Prepare to shower in conditions of either lowpressured Satans P!$$ or of a steady stream of the Arctic ocean) and the service was terrible (After our first night the toilet was clogged up, propably because the last guest put a sock in there, and the first question was "When are you leaving?", not referring to the daytime but when we will check-out). The cleaning staff are obviously paid per room, as ours was cleaned without approval. It culminated in the situation, that we were bothered 3(!!!) times in the same morning, by the cleaning staff AND the reception iF wE wAnT tO gEt OuR rOoMs ClEaNeD. The Cafe/Restaurant is apparently under construction and it was not even possible to get a simple coffee here. Is this a 4 star hotel? You will be the judge, but in my humble opinion, it barely deserves two. I would rather advise you to get a hostel instead, than to go there. The reason why I dont drop the 1 star Review here is because of the location. It is next to a tramstop, you have a lidl around the corner and you are fairly close to the center. 2/5 would not recommend.
