However be careful when it comes to the payment so you won't get tricked with the exchange rate.
Also note that there is no reception, the keys need to be picked up at the administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, it is not clean as you would expect, it is really just ok, I needed to wash the plates and cups to be sure before using. Second, the first evening after we came back from dinner, another couple came with the same room key of us. Then they had to wait for staff to come over (the reception and check in place, we were never notified that it is in another location like 20 mins walk far) and we don’t feel safe anymore living in here. It is even not a peak tourism season, they can make such mistakes. We will not come back anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location! Reception desk is in different location! Put that in your description! I booked it only because it was close to the Florenc bus stop as I had two 20kg luggages I didn't want to walk far. Before my stay I got a message that reception desk is 15 minutes walk from the apartments and we have your key there, come and get it. Take it or leave in the rudest possible way.
Beside that low water pressure in the shower. We booked a double bed and ended up with with two small mattresses and 2 single blankets instead one big.
In the bathroom a lot of things looked ducktaped with temporary fix. Stains in the bathroom.
The only two pros I can name were the view from the room and the room itself. The wooden floor looks really great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to book this apartment at the booking. But have a few problems:
1) Disgusting time of check-in/check-out 3:00pm/10:00am, guys where did you lose 5 hours?
2) The reception in the diffrent place, and they proposed sending my personal data to their site for didgital check-in
3) they couldn't proccess payment, because they do it manualy by card data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice place to stay..... much recommend to everyone...
It was self check-in and check-out process. No reception desk. However you don't even need that. It was very well managed and you will find everything you need for stay.
Only thing I didn't like the check-in time was too late it was 3pm. So if you're reaching early you have to manage somehow by roaming around.
Other than that my stay was perfect.
