★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was exactly like the pictures, clean and tidy. The staff were nice and friendly. The price for the studio is good. And the location is convenient that there were supermarkets, restaurants, and the city centre by walkable distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 of us stayed. The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable with big soft pillows. We were left nice big towels in the bathroom. And the reception was very helpful when required. The area is very cental to lots of good places to eat and drink. On my next trip to Prague I'd book again without hesitation .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed at the deluxe apartment.
The complex is run perfectly as a hotel, with 24 hours kind receptionists, which answers any reasonable request.
The apartment was nothing less than perfect - incredibly big with a lot of space for the kids to run and have fun. The apartment is cozy and warm in design, with a lot of scandinavian wood furniture, and a very practical kitchen that ticks all the boxes.
The bathroom was spacy enough, and included heat which made it fun to he in.
We were very happy with our stay, and we think that it was definitely worth every dime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Four Trees started very badly: when you arrive at the door, there is a sign, telling you that the reception is downtown, with a Google Maps Screenshot indicating a 8 minute walk. Even worse, this screenshot was modified, as it is actually an 18 minute walk for a total of 1.5km. No mension of this beforehand, not a single message or announcement pointed to this fact before arriving at the Aparthotel.
The rooms look very nice and modern, but the emptiness on the walls gives you a cold and distant feeling during your stay. The kitchen ist furnished well enough, but some of the pots and pans don't look line you want to use them. In addition the dishwasher was very dirty upon arrival.
The beds and couch are very confy and the bathroom is clean and well equipped.
The apartments are located very near to the center and there are pleanty of restaurants and markets at walking distance.
To wrap it up, these are overall good apartments, but the service definitely left us disappointed

Prices are affordable.
A 74m2 appartement cost us 120€ for two night for 5 people.
The appartement is so clean and well equipped. Fridge, dishwasher, tv with netflix, coffee machine, water boiler.
Bathroom is very good, it has a bath also.
Beds are quite comfy.
The appartement is very warm and cosy.
