★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod jsme navštívili 17.rijna s mamkou, pani byla sice ochotna Ale bohužel o kamnech vedela méně nez my a navrhla nam nevhodná kamna, což jsme zjistili az při kolaudaci kdy nam bylo řečeno ze kamna nemají přívod vzduchu. Diky této komplikaci jsme byli nuceni zakoupit nova kamna u konkurence. Za nas obchod nemůžeme doporučit chybi kvalifikovaný personal.
We visited the store on October 17 with my mother, the lady was willing. But unfortunately she knew less about the stove than we did and suggested unsuitable stoves, which we found out when we were told that the stove did not have an air supply. Due to this complication, we were forced to buy a new stove from a competitor. We cannot recommend qualified staff for our store.

Po návštěvě prodejny, kde nám slečna vysvětlila vše potřebné, jsme obdrželi vizualizaci vypracovanou přesně nám na míru a kompletní cenovou nabídku. Při realizaci krbu proběhlo vše podle domluvy a my jsme s krbem maximálně spokojeni. Firmu mohu jedině doporučit.
