★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotná a příjemná operátorka na telefonu, ráno jsem zavolal, v 10 hodin se už technik věnoval práci u kotle. Pečlivý, ochotný, příjemný, poradí i doporučí, cena rozumná. Suma sumárum vemte si moje prachy, já jsem velmi spokojen a děkuji.
Helpful and pleasant operator on the phone, I called in the morning, at 10 o'clock the technician was already working at the boiler. Careful, helpful, friendly, advise and recommend, price reasonable. All in all, take my money, I am very satisfied and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si topenáře na připojení 3. radiátorů, to jsou 3 trubky dole a připojení 3. ventilů nahoře. Nic jsem od firmy nekupovala, nic mi topenář nevezl a ani vodu z topení nevypouštěl, vše jsem měla nakoupené, připravené. Topenář statečně práci protahoval na dvě hodiny, ale dobře s tím se počítá, i když demontáž s vypuštěním trvala méně než hodinu. Co mi připadá až nemravné, je cena. Za hodinu práce si topenář účtoval 710kč., celkem za práci 1420kč. Na víc z firmy k mému bytu je to 2.1km, za to si naúčtoval 260kč, Zlaté taxi za 100. Ptala jsem se emailem, jestli je tato cena opravdu v pořádku, nepřišla žádná odpověď.

I didn't buy anything from the company, the heating engineer didn't take anything from me and didn't even drain the water from the heating, I had everything bought, ready. The heating engineer bravely prolonged the work for two hours, but this is well planned, even though the dismantling took less than an hour. What seems obscene to me is the price. The heating engineer charged CZK 710 per hour of work, a total of CZK 1,420 for his work. For more from the company to my apartment it is 2.1km, for that he charged 260 CZK, Golden taxi for 100. I asked by email if this price is really right, there was no answer.
