★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalendář z 5.12. byl doručen až 23.12. a ještě s fotkami úplně cizích lidí. Firmě bych už fotky nesvěřila. A jediné vyjádření je že se semnou po telefonu bavit nebudou jen přes email.
Calendar from 5.12. was delivered to 23.12. and photos of strangers. I wouldn't trust the company anymore. And the only statement is that they will not talk to me via email only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když si objednám trhací kalendář se svými fotkami, vážně očekávám že přijde kalendář s mými fotkami, ne s cizími v plavkách. GDPR zřejmě v Kalvosu nikdo neřeší, a do telefonu říct že to řešit nebudou a ať si pošlu email a že někdy po novém roce, to je opravdu kvalitní přístup.
When I order a tear-off calendar with my photos, I really expect the calendar to come with my photos, not with strangers in swimsuits. GDPR apparently nobody in Kalvos, and on the phone say that they will not solve it and let me email and that sometime after the new year, it is really good access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8.12.2021 jsem přes internet objednal několik nástěnných kalendářů. Do dnešního dne jsem se nedočkal ani kalendářů, ani vysvětlení. Psal jsem 2 maily a 4*telefon s panem Janem Plíškem. Stále nic. S pozdravem Antonín Sedlák. Zkuste jiného dodavatele!!!
On December 8, 2021, I ordered several wall calendars over the Internet. To this day, I have received no calendars or explanations. I wrote 2 emails and a 4 * phone with Mr. Jan Plíšek. Still nothing. Sincerely, Antonín Sedlák. Try another supplier !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letos velká nespokojenost - vánoční dárky objednány už 8. 12. z e-nabídky, takže jsem nepožadovala tvorbu kalendářů z vlastních fotek. Ani to mi ale nezaručilo včasné dodání do Vánoc - po několika urgencích mi zavolal pan Plíšek, že objednávka přijde nekompletní (potíže s dodavatelem), ale stihne dojít do 23. 12. Nestalo se tak, pošta balíček doručila až 28. 12., takže u stromečku část dárků chyběla. Neseriózní přístup, nespolehlivost, které mi opravdu vadily.
Vloni objednávka přišla včas, ale rovněž část kalendářů chyběla. Myslela jsem, že je to ojedinělá událost, proto jsem u Kalvosu letos objednala znovu.
Tentokrát určitě naposled.
This year, great dissatisfaction - Christmas gifts ordered on December 8 from the e-offer, so I did not request the creation of calendars from my own photos. But even that did not guarantee me a timely delivery by Christmas - after several emergencies, Mr. Plíšek called me that the order would be incomplete (problems with the supplier), but it would happen by December 23. It did not happen, the post office did not deliver the package until December 28, so some of the presents were missing from the tree. An unserious approach, unreliability that really bothered me.
Last year, the order arrived on time, but some of the calendars were also missing. I thought it was a unique event, so I ordered from Kalvos again this year.
Definitely the last time.
