A	Andrea Černá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, musím souhlasit s komentářem níže. Kvalita vazeb šla opravdu hodně nízko. Text na deskách je jen tištěný. Co se týká písma a velikosti, tak dost podprůměrné. Na webu mají psáno, že garantují bezproblémové rozvázání práce - chápu, že je to náročné, ale úplně bez problémů to tedy neproběhlo...Plus mají za to, že je možné desky předobjednat - takže přijdete a hned můžete vázat. Cena za troje desky bez vytištění byla cca 840 Kč, což mi přijde docela dost, na bakalářském studiu jsem platila méně a desky byly opravdu kvalitní. Naopak za opravu a rozvázání 20 Kč za jednu knižní vazbu, což mě potěšilo. Bála jsem se další pálky. :-) Příště určitě zkusím jinou firmu. Hello, I have to agree with the comment below. The quality of the links went really low. The text on the boards is only printed. In terms of font and size, quite below average. On the web they have written that they guarantee a smooth breakdown of work - I understand that it is difficult, but it did not go without any problems ... Plus they think it is possible to pre-order boards - so you come and you can bind now. The price for three boards without printing was about 840 CZK, which seems to me quite a lot, I paid less at the bachelor's degree and the boards were really good. On the contrary, for the repair and untied 20 CZK per bookbinding, which pleased me. I was afraid of another bat. :-) Next time I will definitely try another company.

M	Michaela Losová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu, že po přestěhování pobočky se tak výrazně snížila kvalita služeb. Vazba bakalářky v roce 2015 byla bezkonkurenční, práce rychle a dobře odvedená, cena opravdu nízká. O necelé tři roky později naprosto odlišný přístup - paní se mě zapomněla zeptat na důležité info, musela jsem připomínat sama, následně mi řekla, ať vyčkám na sms o zhotovení desek, že dříve se o ně určitě nemám hlásit; čekám tři dny a sms nikde, paní mi do telefonu velmi laxně odpověděla, že "hmm, kolegyně asi zapomněla zprávu poslat"... U odevzdání kvalifikačních prací jde většině lidí o čas, ale chápu, že Xeroco je v klidu. Při převzetí jsem zjistila, že mi paní zapomněla vložit do práce naúčtované obálky na CD. Kvalita desek je rovněž horší, povrch už není strukturovaný, ale hladký, text není vyražen, ale jen otištěn na povrchu, o fontu nemluvě. A za to jsem zaplatila o cca 400 Kč víc, než 2,5 roku předtím (a to nikoli expresně). Kolegyně si tu letos nechala dělat desky na DP a setkala se s podobně odbytou prací, takže po těchto zkušenostech už chodím ke konkurenci. The surrender of qualifying works goes to most people, but I understand that Xeroco is at rest. At the time of the takeover, I found out that the Lady had forgotten to insert the enveloped envelopes on the CD. The quality of the boards is also worse, the surface is no longer structured but smooth, the text is not embossed but just printed on the surface, not to mention the font. And for that I paid about 400 cc more than 2,5 years before (and not expressly). The college has let DPs make this year and have met with similarly distributed works, so I've been to the competition afterwards.

Příště by stačilo přívětivější a vstřícnější jednání se zákazníkem. S radostí jsem zavítala do konkurenční firmy a udělala jsem dobře. I came as an unwelcome guest who disturbed the ladies from work :) We received answers to my questions in just a few words and with an arrogant touch. Next time, a friendlier and more accommodating deal with the customer would suffice. I was happy to visit a competing company and did well.

L	Lucie Rimona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za poslední 2 roky jsem si u této firmy nechávala tisknout manuály, většinou zakázka do 2000,- , přestože vše vždy bylo v pořádku vytištěno, tak jedna věc se opakovala a to naprosto nepřehlédnutelně a to je nepříjemné chování personálu. Zaměstnankyně jsou dopředu naštvané, jednají s vámi jako s blbcem, máte tam pocit, že obtěžujete, chybějí úplně základní komunikační dovednosti. Dnes nějak pohár přetekl, proto se rozhoduji využívat služby jinde. For the last 2 years, I have had manuals printed for this company, mostly an order up to 2000, - even though everything has always been printed correctly, so one thing has been repeated, and this is absolutely unmissable, and that is the unpleasant behavior of the staff. The employees are upset in advance, they treat you like an idiot, you feel annoyed there, they lack very basic communication skills. Today the cup somehow overflowed, so I decide to use the service elsewhere.
