★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupovat jsme byli 30.9.21. Nechápu, proč paní dělá prodavačku. Evidentně jí to nebaví, chová se velice arogantně a dcera, která se na nákup věcí na výtvarku těšila, si odnesla nepříjemný zážitek. Kdybych jí neměl s sebou, něco by si paní vyslechla. Takže alespoň takto - jděte k šípku!
We were shopping on 30.9.21. I don't understand why the lady is a saleswoman. She obviously doesn't like it, she's very arrogant and her daughter, who was looking forward to buying things for the artist, had an unpleasant experience. If I didn't have her with me, the lady would hear something. So at least like this - go to the arrow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál je naprostá katastrofa, kdykoliv jsem tam byl výsledek stejný vykejslý ksichty a cože to tam vlastně otravuju. Obchod jako takový je moc fajn ale paní prodavačky to je zlo... Příjemný jak vosa v vy víte kde. Po několika pokusech to vzdávám sem už dobrovolně nevlezu ?
The staff is a complete disaster, whenever I was there the result of the same fancy funny faces and which is actually annoying there. The business as such is very nice, but the saleswoman is evil ... Pleasant as a wasp in you know where. After a few attempts, I give up here, I will not voluntarily enter here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v tomto papírnictví poprvé a určitě ne naposledy, protože jsem se tam cítil velmi příjemně. V žádném jiném v Ústí jsem takto příjemný pocit nezažil. Široký sortiment a velmi přehledně uspořádaný. Necítil jsem se stísněně a zahlceně jako jinde. Ten zážitek mě dokonce donutil se o něj podělit s paní prodavačkou, a následně ještě zde.
I was in this stationery shop for the first time and certainly not for the last time, because I felt very comfortable there. I have not experienced such a pleasant feeling in any other place in Ústí. Wide assortment and very clearly arranged. I didn't feel as cramped and overwhelmed as I did. That experience even forced me to share it with the saleswoman, and then here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodejna je to příšerná a to díky neschopným a drzým prodavačkám. Ony nevědí, co prodávají, kde to v regálech mají nebo nemají, jsou líné, drzé, vulgární a dávají najevo, že je zákazníci otravují.
Vrcholem a nepochopitelným chováním bylo, když jsem se u pultu dotazoval na koh - i noor pentilky a prodavačka mi s unaveným a kyselým výrazem ve tváři nabídla pentilku z Číny za cca 15 korun se slovy, že tohle prodávají a že to mi prostě musí stačit.
Jde o oficiální prodejnu Koh - i noor a v sortimentu prodávají neznačkové výrobky z Číny.
Nikomu nedoporučuji nákup v téhle prodejně. Nic jsem si nakonec nekoupil a to rozzuřilo prodavačky ještě víc a začaly ještě víc urážet a dokonce vyhrožovat.
Pokud by to šlo, dal bych jim záporný počet hvězdiček.
The store is terrible, thanks to incompetent and cheeky saleswomen. They do not know what they are selling, where they have it or not on the shelves, they are lazy, rude, vulgar and show that customers are bothering them.
The climax and incomprehensible behavior was when I asked the counter about koh - i noor, and the saleswoman, with a tired and sour expression on her face, offered me a pen from China for about 15 crowns, saying that they were selling this and that it just had to be enough for me.
It is an official Koh - i noor store and they sell non - branded products from China in their assortment.
I do not recommend buying in this store to anyone. In the end, I didn't buy anything, and it infuriated the saleswomen even more, and they began to insult and even threaten them even more.
If I could, I would give them a negative number of stars.
