The rectangular chapel with an indented polygonal apse and a volute gable above the northern façade is late and is a Baroque sacral building. You can find it in an oak forest at the crossroads of the green tourist sign Kamýk - Velké Žernoseky. The chapel stands on the site of a former fortress. Originally wooden, in 1759 it was built on brick foundations by Ondřej Waldman. It was also visited during the period of communist totalitarianism. In the nineties of the 20th century, this chapel was restored thanks to Jaroslav Stříž, the administrator of the parish of Libochovan. About 300 meters west (closer to Calvary and Porta Bohemica) you will find a new alcove chapel dedicated to St. Hubert, which was Benedicted on July 9, 2011. On the way to Kalvaria, on which you trample thousands of ants, because you can not avoid them you will see this chapel, falling into oblivion. Because of the myriad colonies of ants, pilgrimages to the chapel ceased to take place.

Purely by chance, we "found" a chapel within the trip Porta Bohemica -> Kamýk. We were shocked by the great condition even though it is located in the middle of nature, specifically the oak forest ... ??
