Nechal ji postavil ji v 1. polovině 19. století hrabě Magnis jako poděkování za uzdravení svého dítěte.
Kaple má čtvercový půdorys, hlavní vstup s půlkruhovým záklenkem.
Průčelí kaple je vyzdobeno ornamentálními motivy, na průčelí je umístěn nízký trojúhelníkovitý štít, vstup je uzavřen novodobou mříží. Kaple má sedlovou střechu. Uvnitř je socha p. Marie s Ježíškem.
