 The chapel from the middle of the 18th century served as a family ceremony and as a tomb. Beautifully repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaple se nachází severně od zámku. Mezi lety 1741-45 byla postavena centrální loď. Do roku 1935 sloužila šlechtě za rodinnou hrobku. Stavba byla snad opožděnou realizací projektu J. Santiniho, stavitelem byl patrně Fr. Kermer. Při rekonstrukci v 60. letech 20. století byly omylem zbořeny sakristie, oratoř i západní opěrné pilíře.
The chapel is located north of the castle. Between 1741-45, a central nave was built. Until 1935, it served the nobility as a family tomb. The construction was perhaps a delayed implementation of J. Santini's project, the builder was probably Fr. Kermer. During the reconstruction in the 1960s, the sacristy, the oratory and the western supporting pillars were accidentally demolished.

The chapel was built between 1741 and 1745, probably according to a project by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichl, although it is uncertain because Santini died in 1723, the construction was done probably by František Kermer. The work started during the reign of Leopold Count Kinský and was completed by his son František Ferdinand Count Kinský, the highest chancellor of the Bohemian Kingdom. Between 1741 and 1745 a central nave was built. Until 1935 the nobility chapel served as a family tomb. During the reconstruction in the 1960s sacristy, oratory and western retaining pillars were accidentally demolished.

A chapel from the middle of the eighteenth century, perfectly fitting into the castle park. It also used to serve as the family tomb of the Kinský family. It was closed at the time of our visit.
