Praise and disappointment at the same time! I visited a store to buy a Yamaha Nmax125 scooter. The test drive went smoothly, I commend it. Disappointment came during my third visit to the store, when I wanted to buy a scooter displayed in the store, which was also equipped with a plexiglass shield for the same price. The price tag was attached directly to the scooter and the local dealer Petr Kopecký assured me on the second visit that the price included accessories, he even opened the storage space under the seat and showed me the original shield, which they will also give me. I heard the story that this particular scooter was ordered from them by a man in this outfit and in the end he did not pick it up. Due to another shield they had to overturn the holes in the front mask, but that if I want to put back the accompanying shield, the holes will cover .. After one day of thinking, I went to buy a scooter, the same person began to dismantle the shield, that I had to pay extra for another. He immediately removed the price tag that it was a mistake. Although I came up with the money, he made a fool of me in a few minutes. He didn't even know how much the exposed scooter with the exposed shield cost that he would have to secure it. Mr. Kopecký contacted me that he would discuss the whole matter with the owner, who was not there, and that he would call me the next morning. But let's not count on the scooter for the price as stated in the store. Of course no one called .. I called the owner Mr. Albrecht myself, I sent everything to him. He admitted that he knew about the bad price tag, that it was a mistake, we all make mistakes. Although the owner communicated very well, he could not keep the price and complained about low rebates. He wished me good luck, when choosing a scooter from other dealers and considering that all Yamaha dealers have the same prices, I recommend the same to you all. I give two stars for the test drive, but otherwise I feel cheated. Effort on the one hand, amateurism on the other. Vlastimil Plza

I bought a Yamaha X-Max 300 here and I can only praise it. The attitude of both the staff and the owner was so polite and professional that I decided to buy it at the first shop visit and everything went smoothly. It was evident that Mr. Petr Kopecký, who gave me the bike, generally has a weakness for motorcycles (not only scooters!) And really understands them. He explained and prepared everything thoroughly and patiently. I warmly recommend.
