★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a long wait when ordering from them and the food might not be piping hot when arrived, but I should acknowledge that what we've tasted tonight was genuine uzbek food and we've enjoyed it quite a lot. My personal advice to this restaurant would be to try working on the speed and quality of delivery: reduce area of service to allow shorter waits, use packaging with foil to preserve the heat, etc...

Shurpa soup
Expected beautiful traditional soup, what I have got:
-Half of the potato that could not even be boiled, because chief did not even bother to cut it for few pieces
-Water instead of broth
-and a piece of carrot
-A piece of meat in which 60 percent is bone and 30 percent is fat.
¨Dear Karavan Food team, IT'S NOT SHURPA.
In the original classic version, this dish has 15 to 20 ingredients. I would be happy to notice at least a basic of it with normally cutted vegetables inside.If you do not have the dish - simply put it to the stop list or have a call to offer something different. What i have got instead of nice soup - even my cat can't eat such a thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had uzbekian food, but I really enjoyed it. It was kind of what I expected but in a positive way.
The staff was very friendly and, seen that fact that we arrived 5 minutes before closing time, very helpful. They didn't push us and even offered next dishes. Very un-Czech.
The furniture is slightly modern and not cosy, but OK for a typical lunchroom. It's looks definitely better than before as you can see on the picture.
Only our table was wiggling, but this happens everywhere.
The toilets downstairs looked clean, only the tap in the gents didn't work and the sink had a hole in it. So you have to go to the ladies room to wash your hands.
Prices where also un-Czech and pretty high for the portions you get. But I didn't regret it and I would return there definitely when I'm near.

Tried “manty” “plov” “samsa” and “cheburek” “borsch”. Manty and cheburek we enjoyed the most. Also tomatoes are high quality there. However, soup “borsch” was bad, I didn’t like it.
