R	Rebecca Vaughan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered for several months and it's been a good overall, but I think there is room for improvement :) Positives * I love that they have meals for Saturdays * I love that they deliver every other day instead of daily * Delivery driver speaks English and customer support has always been very nice * Good quality food and balanced diet Negatives * Delivery is consistent but often quite late (around 21 – 21:30) * When you ask to exclude a menu item (like fish/seafood for me) the entire meal is replaced instead of just the fish/seafood part, so the meals gets very repetitive. I often get 2–3 of the same meal per delivery * QR codes usually don't work properly, so I log nutrition info from the website and by Saturday, it's already changed to the next week * It'd be great if we could rate individual meals or leave feedback more easily
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is tasty and seems fresh, even seafood. However, as an overweight person who is trying to lose weight and count calories, portions are too small, and I get hungry very quickly. I would recommend for 1000-1500 calories diets to eliminate high-calorie foods (for example, bread, oils, condiments, dressings etc.) and replace with actual protein or carbs. I don’t want a tiny portion of pasta with oily sauce and cheese that taste delicious but makes me even hungrier after 40 minutes. If carbs were complex and cheese was replaced with at least chicken, it would be way healthier and I would stay “full” longer. It has been very difficult to maintain my calories eating these meals. When I cook and weigh everything myself, I am less hungry, my portions are bigger and I still stay within my calories. Please take this into consideration when creating low-calorie meal plans - we don’t have to starve when eating 1500 calories.
J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is okay. It's nice to have something new every day. However, the amount of used plastic is tremendous. It's a pity the company doesn't want to use eco solutions. I know at least three more families who otherwise would gladly order the diet.

It was above my expectation, and we were happy to continue using the service for the longer time. I would state that the food is much better than in most restaurant for take away. The verity of food is also a plus, ranging from salads, to fish and meat. Would be appreciated if delivering service will also cover surrounding of Prague. I believe many people living just on Prague border will afford and appreciate it.

Also, it helps to save money which I have wasted before. Previously, I spent more than 14k on food from food courts, and now it is no more than 9k for excellent food.
P	Paulina Mazur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: The food is average i got same lunch for both days but the real challenge is to actually get the delivery :-( the delivery person calls 2 minutes before arrival and you need to run to pick the food from the car. I asked once to leave the package at the street before the door as I was just returning from a walk and all I got was a text saying : I am sorry you have to pick up the food yourself from Americka” After complaining I received extra two days for free and a phone call From then explaining and apologising That was very nice and I am Wishing them success it is good that the listen and declare they want to get better (Made me Changed my rating from one star to 3 for the phone care)

But FitKitchen keeps satisfying me with diverse and tasty food for already 3rd week. So thankful to you guys for your work and to myself for ordering you :) You excel in breakfasts and sauces! If possible I would prefer greens in salads to be cut in smaller pieces, otherwise it's not super aesthetic when eating :D But that's minor, really.
