L	Libor Tesar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouho jsem uvažoval, zda sem napsat nějakou recenzi ale vzhledem k tomu, že Amundi Asset Management se kompetentně za své vyjádření v korespondenci podepisuje ‘Mějte se krásně’ a už 2 měsíce nejsou schopni dát dohromady můj uživatelský účet, kde spravuji jenom 2 fondy, nemůže jenom napsat vice, než vyhněte se této firmě absolutních diletantů, co o spravování peněz nevědí vůbec nic. Na věcné požadavky, proč jsou mi účtovány dodatečné poplatky, pokud jsem už zaplatil poplatky skrz mého správce, banku, předem zaslali jejich VOP, které nic nevysvětluji. Po opětovné reklamaci a výtce odstranili položku poplatky úplně a to i s těmi oprávněnými. Po opětovném upozornění došlo k dalším, neobjednaným převodů v rámci účtu. Výtky, že bych o jakýchkoli změnách byl uvědomen předem nejsou brány vážně a můj sprostředkovatel, který mi fondy Amundi prodal UniCredit Bank dává takticky ruce pryč. Takže po dvou reklamacích si i dále neoprávněné u mě evidují / účtují konverzní poplatky nad rámec smlouvy a navíc si realizují interní transfery, o kterých klient nic neví. Celkem se divím, proč člověk uzavírá smlouvy a platí poplatky předem, když v tomto státě a post socialistických mološích nic neplatí. Také by mne zajímala funkce ČNB. Máte někdo podobnou zkušenost s diletanty z Amundi ale i UnicreditBank? All in all, I wonder why a person makes contracts and pays in advance when there is nothing in this state and the post of socialist moles. I would also be interested in the CNB's position. M	Marek Neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nezvládnutý klientský přístup. 30min trvalo než se mě začala paní v zasedačce vůbec věnovat, pak dalších 10min kopírovala 2 listy, u krerých mě roztrhla označení usnesení soudu a bez mého vědomí si dokonce okopírovala celé dědické řízení i s údaji pro ní cizích osob. Prý se nemám bát, že mají GDPR v pořádku. Přitom přesně toto je jeho porušení! Dalších 20min byla kdesy pryč aby přinesla jeden formulář. A to už nemluvím o předchozím klientovy, který s paní přede mnou řešil svoje fin.ztráty a po celou dobu nechali otevřené dveře do recepce, takže vim o jeho problémech možná víc než jeho manželka. Tady by se měl někdo hluboce zamyslet.. Absolutely unmanaged client approach. Someone should think deeply here.
