Nejdříve nezájem při objednávání pacienta na konkrétní termín (rolí určitě sehrálo to, že jsem mluvil s východním přízvukem, a ano, vím že pan doktor Romaniv taký pochází z Ukrajiny, a vím že je dost známý v určitých kruzích, nicméně fakt zůstává faktem). Pak, jelikož jsem neměl možnost dostavit se na vyšetření v termínu, kvůli opravdu těžkému průběhu Covidu, a nařízené karanténě, tak sestra mi radostně sdělila, že dveře ordinace jsou pro mě navždy zavřené.... V reakcí na odpověď pána doktora dovolím si napsat komentář Vážený pane udivuje mě, že vy jako lékař nechápete, že člověk který má 10 dnů 40 horečky, a potíže s dýcháním, nebude v první řadě myslet na to kam a na kdy je objednán. Opravdu bude jen rád že dýchá. Vás, na rozdíl od zdravotníků v první linii, se ta nemoc evidentně nedotkla. A vůbec jste nereagoval na aroganci při prvotním objednání. First, lack of interest in ordering a patient for a specific date (the fact that I spoke with an Eastern accent certainly played a role, and yes, I know that Dr. Romaniv also comes from Ukraine, and I know that he is quite well known in certain circles, but the fact remains a fact). Then, since I did not have the opportunity to attend the examination on time, due to the really difficult course of Covid, and the ordered quarantine, the nurse gladly told me that the office door is closed to me forever .... In response to the doctor's answer, I would like to write a comment Dear Sir, It amazes me that you as a doctor do not understand that a person who has 40 fevers for 10 days, and difficulty breathing, will not first think about where and when he is ordered. He'll really just like him breathing. Unlike first-line medics, you have obviously not been affected by the disease. And you didn't react to arrogance at all when you first ordered.
K	Katerina Janik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po všech stránkách výborná komunikace, jak při objednávání, tak při samotném vyšetření i po něm - pan doktor Romaniv velmi dobře a trpělivě vysvětlil všechny podrobnosti, naprosto nadstandardně nám vycházel vstříc a manželovi pomohl - mohu jen a jen doporučit. Děkujeme! Excellent communication in all respects, both when ordering and during the examination itself - Dr. Romaniv explained all the details very well and patiently, he was very above standard and helped our husband - I can only recommend. Přijdeme mi to tvrdé jednání na malém městě, kde nemáte možnost se objednat jinam....smutné. I am disappointed that after one absence of an appointment, the patient is excluded from care, although my need for an examination is rather preventive. We come to this tough meeting in a small town, where you do not have the opportunity to order elsewhere .... sad.
