If you are going to handle a citizen take your magazine or something to have fun on the days you holt wait :) but it is probably everywhere the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děs. Úřední hodiny 2x po pár hodinách týdně a nemožnost objednávky. Nedůstojné 3 hodinové čekání. Alespoň, že úředník na přepážce byl v pohodě.
Terr. Office hours twice a few hours a week and impossibility to order. Unworthy 3 hour wait. At least the clerk at the counter was fine.
