After the reconstruction, a much nicer and more pleasant place, helpful staff, still weak and unfinished reservation system.

I am waiting for the transcript of the vehicle, I am the only one (only) at the door, there are 15 minutes left until the lunch break and the gentleman tells me with a smile on his face that he will take me until 12.30. That's really disgusting ...

Although the office but a pleasant environment and even dealings with officials perfect. They are here for people, not people for them.
