Среди них есть и современные малые архитектурные формы, возникшие относительно недавно, но достойные внимания. Так, после реконструкции Флорианской площади, которая была завершена в 2004 году, здесь был открыт фонтан "Солнечные часы". Архитекторами этого проекта являются Франтишек Мюллер и Карел Альбрехт.
Большие солнечные часы состоят из шахты из нержавеющей стали длиной 7,77 м, начиная с центра небольшого круглого фонтана. Циферблат образован полосами с цветовой кодировкой в мощении квадрата, образуя часовые линии. По периметру циферблата в плоскости тротуара установлены лампы, на которых корпуса из нержавеющей стали обозначены римскими цифрами с 5 до 18 часов. В направлении меридиана (т.е. 12 часов) есть столб с меньшими горизонтальными солнечными часами. Приблизительные размеры циферблата составляют 30 х 20 м. Часы показывают истинное солнечное время для местного меридиана, географические координаты местности: 50 ° 09 'с.ш., 14 ° 06' в.д.
Летнее время, сигнализируется ежечасно путем изменения цвета одной из ламп, которая дистанционно управляется радиосигналом. Вода, текущая в фонтане, также связана со временем, которое вращается по часовой стрелке примерно раз в минуту.
 One of the interesting places in Kladno is Masaryk street. Many interesting architectural objects have been preserved here. Among them there are modern small architectural forms that have arisen relatively recently, but worthy of attention. So, after the reconstruction of Florian Square, which was completed in 2004, the Sundial fountain was opened here. The architects of this project are Frantisek Müller and Karel Albrecht.
The large sundial consists of a 7.77 m long stainless steel shaft, starting from the center of a small round fountain. The dial is formed by stripes with color coding in the paving of the square, forming time lines. Along the perimeter of the dial in the plane of the sidewalk there are lamps on which stainless steel cases are marked with Roman numerals from 5 to 18 hours. In the direction of the meridian (i.e. 12 hours) there is a pillar with a smaller horizontal sundial. The approximate dimensions of the dial are 30 x 20 m. The clock shows the true solar time for the local meridian, the geographical coordinates of the area: 50 ° 09 'N, 14 ° 06' E
Daylight saving time is signaled hourly by changing the color of one of the lamps, which is remotely controlled by a radio signal. The water flowing in the fountain is also associated with time, which rotates clockwise about once a minute.
