★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on our way back to Austria from Czech and we had to stock ourselves with some cereals, bread and milk (and ofcourse many other stuffs). Kaufland was great and relatively cheaper than the supermarkets we have in Austria. Also, we had some Chinese food, at the restuarant inside Kaufland (value for money).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude, disagreeable lady on the salad counter. She seemed to take exception to us wanting to buy 50g of a few of the salads on offer. We just wanted to have a taste of them as we didn't know how they tasted. This harridan even shouted to her colleague on the sausage counter about these "stupid foreigners". (Remember, some "foreigners" can understand some Czech.) I suggest Kaufland improves its customer service training. They probably won't read this, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store. All in one floor. Well organized and spacious. Big parking space outside. But it would be better if Kaufland hires more English speaking employees or atleast add duplicate banners to products, lanes, guide marks in English language too. Not only in Czech. Presently there are none. Hard for foreign nationals to navigate.
