★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme navštívili tuto úžasnou prodejnu s úmyslem darování čtyř morčátek, kvůli tomu, že jsme je neměli kam dát. Chování personálu bylo úplně úžasné. Tímto bych chtěl této prodejně poděkovat a to hlavně těmto dvoum zaměstancům, kteří byli opravdu profesionální a hodní k nově získaným morčátkům. Opravdu děkujeme slečně i pánovi. Děkujeme moc!
 Today we visited this amazing store with the intention of donating four guinea pigs, because we had nowhere to put them. The behavior of the staff was absolutely amazing. I would like to thank this store, especially these two employees who were really professional and kind to the newly acquired guinea pigs. We really thank the lady and the gentleman. Thank you very much!

Great approach for me. The lady got me a gecko in 5 minutes by phone at another branch .. I'll be back here .. Branch Continuous should have a lot to learn ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vcera (11/6/2022) jsme poprve i se psem navstivili prodejnu v Kauflandu a naprosta spokojenost. Obsluha byla super mila a ochotna, a co vic, vsichni meli absolutni prehled o tom, co prodavaji. Pomohli mi s vyberem vseho, co jsme potrebovali pro nove stenatko; obojek, postroj, voditko, pamlsky a vse ostatni. Pejska pomazlili, dali pamlsek, byl poprve v obchode uplne v pohode. Moc dekujeme! ♥️ P.S. Moje nadseni z prodejcu i prodejny se mnohonasobne zvetsilo po ne uplne prijemnych zkusenostech z jinych pobocek v CB.
Yesterday (11/6/2022) we visited the store in Kaufland for the first time with my dog and complete satisfaction. The staff was super nice and helpful, and what's more, everyone had an absolute overview of what they were selling. They helped me choose everything we needed for a new puppy; collar, harness, leash, treats and everything else. They petted the dog, gave him a treat, he was completely fine in the store for the first time. Thank you very much! ♥ ️ P.S. My enthusiasm from the seller and the store grew many times over after they had a pleasant experience from other branches in CB.
