Vše kazí bohužel technik, který zakázky realizuje, ...v mém případě spíš nerealizuje, jelikož se neozve a nereaguje. S důvěrou vyvozenou pracovníky na provozovně a jejich jednáním jsem stále doufala v realizaci. Doufala jsem marně 3 týdny :-) než jsem pochopila, že musím o dům dál. Nyní doufám, že mne tento technik už nikdy kontaktovat nebude. Velká škoda, původně získaná velká důvěra díky profesionálním pracovníkům provozovny se jedním člověkem rozplynula a dostala nás do potíží.
Great satisfaction with the staff of the establishment, professional approach and willingness, inferring the joy that I made a good choice. Unfortunately, everything is spoiled by the technician who implements the orders ... in my case, rather, he does not execute, because he does not respond and does not react. With the trust gained by the employees on the premises and their actions, I still hoped for implementation. I hoped in vain for 3 weeks :-) before I understood that I had to move on. Now I hope this technician will never contact me again. The great pity, the great trust originally gained thanks to the professional staff of the establishment, has dissipated with one person and got us into trouble.
