I am unhappy with the assembly and subsequent communication of Next. We have already ordered the Next door and custom made door frames. The day before delivery, the technician called us that the door frames were lost! Subsequently, the fitters made the doorframes quite common and claimed that they were our tailored frames. As the doors did not fit, they wiped in the door openings to the lock, etc. The door frames were completely destroyed, the door and lock did not fit and bounce. There is a cold around the perimeter of the door. In the corridor it is at least 10C less than in the rest of the house. The mountaineers mounted a crooked, overwhelmed and leaky threshold and left a big mess. Not to mention that they communicated the wrong dimension of the building opening. After the complaint, the soleplate was provisionally wetted on the door frame in order to at least not open the door lock. However, this does not solve the insufficient thermal insulation. More than two months have elapsed since the first complaint, and Next does not respond. We were also told that even if they do new doorframes they will not seal. For all, they have paid about 15,000 CZK. I am very disillusioned with the negotiations and the quality. Even considering what their next staff is about the quality of Next products. They are proposing solutions in hundreds of orders when we pay thousands. Doors and Services I do not recommend next. Update 2/2019: 15.11. sent to bad door frames, after many and many and again many of the emergencies we get 5.2. the final answer. We do not have the right to withdraw from the contract. The claim deadline is only for expression, not for settlement !!!! The new door frames (we wanted doorframes to their doors) would probably not help solve the problem of heat leakage around the door. (it is sad, especially that they boast how their doors and doors are amazing!) But as a goodwill it will give us money. But they did not mention again. Really a very unserious company. Next time never again!

Satisfaction for us. Next security doors are 12 years old and work well. After 12 years, they began to scrub due to the "dismounting" of the block of flats. (other doors in the apartment began to scrub) The deadline for the repair was two weeks at a time that suited us (it would have been earlier). The technician arrived on time, called in advance that he was leaving. Pleasant, nice, fixed everything, showed, we have instructions for next time what and how. We knew the price in advance (estimating the price when ordering the service), 1500 CZK is not quite small, but when taxes, company overheads and all costs are deducted, I understand that the amount is reasonable and the technician deserves his salary in full. I have only one experience with NEXT, and that is very sad. The date of assembly of the door frame was agreed a month in advance. The technicians were unable to arrive within the three-hour range they had designed. They couldn't even call to say that they somehow wouldn't arrive. When I finally managed to call some of their coordinator, he was surprised, arrogant, and didn't seem to understand that time was of some value to some people. Nevermore.

I am not evaluating the quality of the door at the moment. I will evaluate you later, but I firmly believe that they will not disappoint us. In the meantime, I will evaluate the installation of door frames and communication. Unfortunately, she disappointed us very much. It takes more than a month and a half to be assembled, it costs a lot of money and the price definitely does not correspond to the subsequent approach. The workers did not finish the job all at once, which we were not even informed about in advance, and it was very difficult to get them to finish the job (either they called unexpectedly - we will be at your place in 10 minutes, or no one arrived by appointment for a change) until we threatened that we won't take over the door until the work is done, the situation has improved a bit and something has started to happen. The fact that workers are yelling at their contracts, who are basically nourishing them, is already completely incorrect, and perhaps it should not happen at all for a company that pretends to be the best on the domestic market. One example for all. We had paid for the cleaning after the installation of the door frame, and thus their paid cleaning turned out. Our neighbors also had a very polluted environment.

Today's installation of the door was one. The staff were professional, and I praise the smooth communication. Thank you for your help in choosing a door that is exactly according to our ideas. The assembly itself took place quickly and professionally, followed by instruction. They left the door itself and its surroundings clean, everything went in perfect order. I highly recommend NEXT.
