 The doctors and nurses were very nice and professional. But it is absolutely impossible to call them there. Otherwise willing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musim souhlasit. Lekari jsou uzasni, ale recepcni je arogantni neprijemna zenska, kterou obtezujete jakymkoliv dotazem. Nedivim se, ze clovek odejde z cekarny a radeji si zajde jinam.
A jako pomstu mi oznamila, ze letos uz se k nim na sono nedostanu, ze pro me nema misto. Neprofesionalni pristup.
Vymenit recepcni a je to dokonale.
I have to agree. The doctors are amazing, but the receptionist is an arrogant, unpleasant woman who bothers you with any question. I'm not surprised that a person leaves the waiting room and prefers to go elsewhere.
And as revenge, she told me that I would not be able to join them this year, that she had no place for me. Unprofessional approach.
Replace the receptionist and it's perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za pochvalu stojí prístup zdravotnej sestry, je milá, ľudská a profesionálna. Vždy ochotná pomôcť.
O doktoroch sa nebudem podrobnejšie vyjadrovať, pretože mám len nedobrú skúsenosť s pani doktorkou, ale naopak rodina si pochvaluje pána doktora.
Najväčšie mínus vidím v recepčnej. Je neľudská a neprofesionálna.
The nurse's approach is praiseworthy, nice, human and professional. Always willing to help.
I'm not going to talk about doctors in more detail because I only have a bad experience with a doctor, but on the contrary, the family praises the doctor.
The biggest minus I see in the receptionist. She is inhuman and unprofessional.

Sestry i lékaři arogantní, neumi pořádně česky, nesnaží se vysvětlit diagnózu. Všude špína.
Babičku jsme přehlásili jinam.
Cheating with a fee for ereception, eneschopenky - collects illegally 400 CZK.
Nurses and doctors arrogant, do not speak Czech properly, do not try to explain the diagnosis. Dirt everywhere.
We've passed Grandma elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse was nice. Doctor was nice, friendly and professional. I went there for an ultrasound. There is a "catch" though and it is that I had to pay 300 czk as "Communication Fee Appointment". Basically charged because I am a foreigner who doesn't speak Czech... I thought "okay, there will be a person translating so that's fair" but both nurse and doctor spoke really good English so I am not sure why was I charged with this. Neither I've got the diagnose translated to English. To be honest, I don't know where this extra fee is coming from then...
