★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno jsem navštívila tuto krásnou kavárnu. Dámy, které zde obsluhují, jsou neskutečně šikovné. Objednala jsem si malinové smoothie a perníkové ledové latté bez kofeinu. Oba nápoje byly naprosto vynikající! Můžu jen doporučit! ?
 I recently visited this beautiful cafe. The ladies who serve here are incredibly handy. I ordered a raspberry smoothie and a decaffeinated gingerbread ice latte. Both drinks were absolutely delicious! I can only recommend! ?

Hitting plates while putting them in a dishwasher like no tomorrow.!!! Couldn’t relax. I felt not welcomed here.
Do something with it cause it is in a huge shopping mall and it’s advertising place wrongly.

The cafe is located in an excellent location inside the Chodov shopping mall and that’s where all good things end.
The Bad
- we ordered cappuccino with oat milk but then changed our mind. The server seemed really annoyed with our choice and in the end charged us for the oat milk (+20czk) although I don’t know if we got it or not
- The waffle was the worst I’ve ever had. It was as thin as the crepe which is not how waffles are supposed to be. Something was definitely wrong in the batter consistency and/or cooking process
- The waffle was also with a huge load of Whipped cream on the top. When I asked the waitress she replied “everything has whipped cream”. The item though I selected on the menu was the only one that was without hence the reason I ordered it.
- The staff is really bad. The behavior towards the customer is off putting and management should have a look. Even without saying much to you, or for what it matters not a single word when bringing or taking away your plate, they make you feel UNWANTED.
CONCLUSION
I visit the mall often but will never return here.
The staff works there as if someone is forcing them and it’s noticeable on the food and on you as the customer.
I would appreciate if the owner would see my review and reply while actually looking into this. Date of visit 17.6.2022 around 13:00.
