★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nerada dávám první recenzi negativní, ale bohužel. Možná mají dobrou kávu. Ale byla mi podána v ne zrovna čistém šálku (zaschlá stopa po pití minulé kávy) a tudíž jsem to šla reklamovat. Nesetkala jsem se ani se slůvkem omluvy, jen mi slečna neustále zdůrazňovala, že si kromě mě nikdo nestěžoval a že dělá, co má nařízeno. Apeluji proto tedy na vedení, aby poučil personál o tom, že je slušností se omluvit, nabídnout nějakou kompenzaci, a neútočit na zákazníka. Tahle legrace mě stála kromě peněz vydaných za nic hlavně velké zklamání. Do této kavárny už nejdu a nedoporučuji ji, dokud se to nezlepší. Hvězda je jen kvůli tomu, že to bez níí nejde zveřejnit.
I don't like to give the first review negative, but unfortunately. Maybe they have good coffee. But it was given to me in a not very clean cup (a dried trace of drinking last coffee) and so I went to complain. I didn't meet with a word of apology, only the young lady kept emphasizing to me that no one but me was complaining and that she was doing what she was ordered to do. I therefore call on management to instruct staff that it is polite to apologize, offer some compensation, and not attack the customer. Apart from the money spent on nothing, this fun cost me a great disappointment. I don't go to this cafe anymore and I don't recommend it until it gets better. The star is just because it can't be published without it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já musím dát kladně hodnocení. Prostředí je zde příjemné, obsluha milá a káva dobrá. Asi se zde ledy hnuly správným směrem.
I have to give a positive evaluation. The environment is pleasant, the service is nice and the coffee is good. The ice was probably moving in the right direction.
