P	Petr Křovina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při prvotní telefonické komunikaci s paní dost odměřený a strohý přístup - no dobře ok. Každopádně jsem mile překvapen, že za hodinu dojde k vyzvednutí; .. nic .. za hodinu a půl tak volám ujistit se, že má správnou adresu abych byl odbyt, že to nevyšlo "a co má být a že to se tak stává", bez omluvy - ok, každý má někdy špatný den. Nicméně jsem opět informován, že za další hodinu a půl čekání s mrtvým tělem to určitě vyjde - ok. Čekáme další dvě hodiny, abychom byli, opět bez omluvy, ujištěni, že paní už tu SKORO je. Po dalších cca 15 minutach paní opravdu přijela, ale takhle komunikovat obzvlášť z pozice krematoria je přeci jen nekonkurenceschopné a hlavně nelidské. Zkremování a vyzvednutí v termínu, ale se stejnou komunkací. Rozhodně přístě radějí krematorium v Běchovicích, či nekremovat vůbec. Prožít těžký den s tímhle servisem je opravdu k nas**ní. EDIT: Jak tu tak čtu ostatní recenze zmiňující tuto zaměstnankyni, tak jsme asi měli smůlu, že jsme zrovna ji chytli. Každopádně riskovat to bych znovu nechtěl. However, I am informed again that in another hour and a half of waiting with a dead body it will definitely work out - ok. We wait another two hours to be reassured, again without apology, that the lady is ALMOST here. After another 15 minutes or so, the lady really arrived, but communicating like this, especially from the position of a crematorium, is uncompetitive and especially inhumane. Cremation and pickup on time, but with the same communication. They definitely prefer the crematorium in Běchovice next time, or not to cremate at all. Having a hard day with this service is really up to us. EDIT: As I read the other reviews mentioning this employee, we were probably unlucky that we just caught her. Anyway, I wouldn't want to risk it again.

Od paní při příjmu jsem tu empatii postrádala, naopak při vyzvednutí urničky tam byl pan Jakub a ten byl velmi ochotný a empatický. I can recommend, helpful orders and explanations over the phone from the employee. I missed the empathy from the lady at the reception, on the contrary, Mr. Jakub was there when he picked up the urn, and he was very willing and empathetic.

N	Natalie Strnadová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišla jsem o svého milovaného ježečka. Telefonická konzultace byla naprosto ukázková. Pan byl velmi ochotný. Svého ježečka jsem přivezla sama v jeho pelíšku a v krabici. Obřadní síň byla nádherná. Pán mi řekl že se můžu loučit se zvířátkem jak dlouho chci a potom až budu chtít ať přijdu vyřešit papíry. Byl tak ochotný že sám řekl že zlikviduje krabici ve které jsem ho donesla. Formulář na jejich stránkách je velmi přehledný. Za pár dní přišla SMS s informací o kremaci a následně i kdy si můžu vyzvednout urnu. Takový přístup nemají ani na veterině můžu opravdu doporučit. I lost my beloved hedgehog. The telephone consultation was absolutely exemplary. Mr. was very helpful. I brought my hedgehog alone in his lair and in a box. The ceremonial hall was beautiful. The Lord told me that I could say goodbye to the animal for as long as I wanted and then when I wanted to come and settle the papers. He was so willing that he said he would dispose of the box in which I brought him. The form on their website is very clear. In a few days, an SMS arrived with information about the cremation and then when I could pick up the urn. They don't even have such an approach at the vet I can really recommend it.
B	Bob Hyde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerberos jsem vybrala pro dobrou cenu, širokou nabídku uren a mám prostě Strašnice ráda. Ve smutný okamžik se člověk více řídí srdcem, než logikou, táhlo mě to k nim. A táhlo mě to správně. Personál, především paní Irena, citlivý. Paní Irena je člověk na svém místě. S každým majitelem zviřátka jeho příběh prožívá, ale zároveň umí být krásně nad věcí. Zkušenosti bohaté. Díky! U ní to není rutina, na druhou stranu, nejste jediní. Vidí naše "lásky" jen chvilku a v ten nejhorší čas, ale miluje je hned s vámi. To je úžasný přístup. Máte pocit, že přijel rodinný přítel a pomůže vám. Nevýhoda jsou smluvní veterináři na eutanazii, takže nemusí vyjít čas přesně podle plánu, ale okamžitě se vám snaží vyjít vstříc, co to jde. U nás vše rozhodně vyšlo. V deset dopoledne padlo rozhodnutí, do dvaceti minut se našel lékař a po lékaři přijela paní Irena pro našeho kocourka. Tady také vědí, že v tu chvíli posloucháte jen na půl ucha, soustředíte se jen na půl mozku. Nic nevyčítají, nevozí se na vás. Vše doladí a v klidu vás ujistí. Na vše máte čas, vše dopadne dobře. Komunikovala jsem jen po telefonu. Nikdo na nic netlačil, vše proběhlo důstojně. I chose Kerberos for a good price, a wide range of urns and I just like Strašnice. The downside is contracted veterinarians for euthanasia, so they don't have to run time exactly according to plan, but they immediately try to accommodate you. Everything definitely worked out for us. At ten o'clock in the morning the decision was made, within twenty minutes a doctor was found and Mrs. Irena came to the doctor for our kitten. Here, too, they know that you are only listening to half your ear at that moment, you are only focusing on half your brain. They don't blame anything, they don't ride on you. He will fine-tune everything and assure you in peace. You have time for everything, everything will turn out well. I only communicated by phone. No one pushed anything, everything went with dignity.

The veterinarian's office recommended Kerberos, and they were simply wonderful. They called when they were on their way to pick her up, and sent an SMS right before the cremation, so we knew where our little girl was at every step. They offered a lovely urn to hold her forever, and we will always be grateful for their kind, caring service.
