L	Lucie Asingrová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Během objednávání pohřbu nám zaměstnankyně této pobočky nabídla dvě varianty písma na urnu, ovšem o ukázku toho, jak vypadají, jsme si museli sami říct. 2) V závěrečném vyúčtování pohřbu byla položka "smuteční oznámení", které jsme nechtěli a neobjednali. Při dotazu na položku nám bylo sděleno, že ta položka je povinná, protože většina lidí parte vyrobit chce a že ji bohužel ubrat nelze. Firmě tedy platíte kolem 400 Kč za službu, kterou nechcete a nedostáváte. V průběhu pohřbu proběhlo vše důstojně,řečníka jsme původně nechtěli, ale pak jsme byli moc rádi, respektoval naše přání a moc hezky mluvil.
