★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Kerner vyrobila okna pro celý náš bytový dům. Problém nastal při první reklamaci. Reklamaci zamítli se směšným důvodem a dokonce po nás požadovali úhradu domnělých nákladů (15 minutová náštvěva v Praze fakturovaná jako 3 hodinová cesta z/do Chomutova). Navíc s panem Králem se velmi špatně jedná, když neví kudy kam je dost arogantní. Při prvním drobném problému se ukáže jak to firma se zákazníky myslí. Naprosto nedoporučuji pro jakýkoliv větši projekt, kde je pro Vás důležitá kvalita a záruka.
 Kerner produced windows for our entire apartment building. The problem occurred during the first complaint. They dismissed the complaint with a ridiculous reason and even asked us to pay for the alleged costs (a 15-minute piss in Prague invoiced as a 3-hour journey from / to Chomutov). What's more, Mr. King is very bad at not knowing where he is arrogant. The first small problem shows how the company thinks about customers. I absolutely do not recommend for any major project where quality and warranty are important to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od firmy Kerner mám okna i dveře v celém domě. Spolupráce byla vždy bez problémů. Při návštěvě firmy jsem viděl úspěchy, kterých tato firma dosáhla, mimo jiné i na památkových budovách. Díky těmto zkušenostem jsem si je i vybral. Škoda, že recenze zde píší jen nespokojení lidé.
From Kerner, I have windows and doors throughout the house. The cooperation was always without problems. During my visit to the company, I saw the successes that this company has achieved, including in monumental buildings. Thanks to this experience, I chose them. It is a pity that reviews are written only by dissatisfied people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S přístupem jsem byl velice spokojený. Vyšli mi velice vstříc při mé atypické objednávce. Dokonce jsem dostal odbornou konzultaci zdarma, což mě překvapilo, protože jiné firmy si za toto účtují nesmyslné poplatky. Firmu bych doporučil a v budoucnu se na ně určitě obrátím znovu.
I was very satisfied with the approach. They were very accommodating to me with my atypical order. I even got a free professional consultation, which surprised me because other companies charge meaningless fees for this. I would recommend the company and I will definitely contact them again in the future.
