Ze strany pana Gaiera neustále jen výmluvy, proč montáž skříní nemůže proběhnout, nesolidní jednání, opakované nedodržévání termínů, mnohokrát jsme čekali na dohodnutou montáž doma, čerpali dovolenou a pan Gaier se ani neomluvil, podařilo se nám dovolat až po dlouhé době, sám od sebe nevolá. Nakonec máme po roce jednu skříň skoro hotovou a ostatní částečně rozpracované a posledních 14 dní už nekomunikuje vůbec, telefon nezvedá na zprávy nereaguje. Podáváme žalobu. Pan Gaier si předem vzal 75% ceny zálohu a od 8. března mu dle smlouvyběží penále, uvidíme jestli bude exekuce možná. On the part of Mr. Gaier always just excuses why cabinet assembly can not be carried out, disastrous negotiations, repeated failure to meet deadlines, many times we waited for the agreed assembly at home, took a holiday and Mr. Gaier did not apologize, we managed to call after a long time, nevolá. Finally, after one year, we have one closet almost finished and the other partially in progress and the last 14 days has not communicated at all, the phone does not answer the messages does not respond. We are bringing a lawsuit. Mr. Gaier took a 75% advance payment in advance and from March 8, according to the contract he is running a penalty, we will see if the execution will be possible.
