Za tu dobu jsme se přesvědčili že jde o naprosto profesionální společnost se svělým prozákaznickým přístupem a můžeme je jen doporučit. Jedná se o menší společnost s takřka rodinnou atmosférou. Pro nás disponují jak skvělým vedením účetní agendy, zajišťování revizí a dalších činností spojených s provozem domu, tak hlavně Non Stop servisem v případě havárií, který funguje na výbornou. První referenci jsme měli od obdobného SVJ v Říčanech a nelitujeme, po všech těch letech vzájemné spolupráce panuje naprostá spokojenost se společností KESO a doufáme, že bude i nadále pokračovat. KESO has been managing our SVJ house for almost 10 years (panel house, 93 housing units). During that time, we have become convinced that this is a completely professional company with a great pro-customer approach and we can only recommend them. It is a smaller company with an almost family atmosphere. For us, they have excellent management of the accounting agenda, providing audits and other activities related to the operation of the house, and especially the Non Stop service in case of accidents, which works perfectly. We had the first reference from a similar SVJ in Říčany and we do not regret it, after all those years of mutual cooperation there is complete satisfaction with KESO and we hope that it will continue.

Navíc pro nás řadu konzultací provádí zdarma, tedy v ceně služby. Pokud by služby KESO byly v ČR standardem, tak se nám tu všem žije o poznání lépe:) For the last 14 years, KESO has taken care of SVJ with 30 apartments and all cooperation is perfect - if there is a problem on the weekend, they will arrive in a matter of hours.
