Very negative experience with a swimming course for toddlers. Resolved by a complaint and a lawyer, but there was no compensation for the child's illness just to pay for a new course. I really do not recommend nefer practices of this business.

Well-organized and organized children's swimming courses for both infants and pre-school age. Clean, well-designed and carefully maintained environment. Nice staff at the reception and at the courses.

We come here to swim with the children. We really like it here. The local hot water in the pool was a pleasant change for the children after the courses in the common public pools with cold water. The instructors are nice, the facilities are fine, the possibility of buying snacks at the bar is also nice. For children, a play corner where they can dry after swimming.

Pleasant environment, lecturers and reception. Hot water in the pool and air in the dressing room. Possible to sit on a coffee after swimming. The children's corner is right next to the seating area, so mothers have an overview. Available chairs for sitting children, changing table in the dressing room and at the reception. Everywhere it is very nice secured winches. The only minus is a tiny dressing room, you can put only a few children on the mats during undressing and dressing.

The teachers are nice and the lessons definitely have a benefit. I would definitely appreciate the children's corner and the reception, including small snacks. Unfortunately, the big negative is the form of compensation, which is at least controversial. The number of alternative (spare) hours is minimal and if they are, they are usually occupied. At the end of the course, there is an opportunity to replace lessons. This solution strikes me as really unfortunate given how often children (especially kindergartens) are ill. So if you miss an hour, it significantly raises the price of the course. We originally went swimming with children in Prague, where the replacement of lessons was quite common, even after the course. Unfortunately, under these conditions, the world of children is not really in the palm of your hand. The offer of transferring the excused lessons to the next course is non-standard, but with regard to the above written quite meaningless (as well as the offer of free swimming without a teacher). Addendum to your answer: The form of compensation is criticized by other course participants. You write that the absence of a client at the lesson will not reduce the costs in any way (in my opinion), on the contrary, even replacing the lesson does not increase the cost of the lesson in any way. In addition to the price: It all depends on the angle of view, I will give a simple example: The price of 8 lessons 3120, - CZK - the average price of one lesson 390 CZK; due to the child's illness and a very "limited" possibility of compensation, I will visit 6 lessons, the average price of the lesson is 520 CZK. Lessons without a tutor? It's like a skiing course without an instructor ... I'm sorry, but I feel like you're closing your eyes to the problem of replacements, which is quite a shame from my point of view.

Super lecturers, my daughter loves them. The staff always loved it, refreshments were sufficient. We like to come here :)
