★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den velice se omlouvám za toto hodnocení Začal bych pokladnou kde mi pan při příchodu řekl ať se posadím po 10minutach a vyřízení dalších 3 lidi co přišli po mně, jsem se naštval a kolo na opravu donesl z auta na prodejnu a pán si začala stěžovat kam to nesu nakonec mě nechal ať kolo nechám u popelnic. Řekl jsem mu že přijedu ve 12.h To že mi nepřišli na defekt na pneumatice a kolo mi vrátili vyfoukla není chyba, mohlo se stát když tam šlo kolo na výměnu ventilku. Sám pan mechanik byl velice velice velice ochotný za což moc děkuju ale za zalepení defektu účtovat 400 Kč mi přijde přehnané omlouvám se ale za 15 min. na účtovat 400 Kč + 150 Kč za ventilek přijde moc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní zkušenosti s tímto "servisem" musím říct, že se tomuto vyhnu obloukem. Při cestě do Říčan jsem píchnul pneu, tento servis byl blízko tak po výměně kola jsem tam tedy zajel a již ve dveřích mi bylo obsluhou řečeno, že na mě namají čas. Chápu, že asi píchlá pneumatika pro ně není žádný velký kšeft, ale tak si to můžou napsat rovnou na vrata, že s "bagatelními" věcmi ať tam lidi ani nejezdí. Jezdil jsem tam na výměnu kol několik let a na výměnu náplní do klimatizace a vždy vše bylo OK, ale po dnešní zkušenosti již kola i náplně nechám měnit jinde. Ne děkuji.

I understand that a flat tire is no big deal for them, but they can write it right on the door, that people don't even go there with "trivial" things. I went there to change the bikes for several years and to change the refills for the air conditioning, and everything was always OK, but after today's experience, I will have the bikes and refills changed elsewhere. No thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už 3 dny se snažím dovolat do servisu a 3 dny je na lince robot se slovy “Vyčkejte, vyřizujeme zákazníky, kteří se dovolali před Vámi”. Ať volám kdykoliv, ve kteroukoliv denní dobu, je to pořád to samé a nedovolám se absolutně nikomu. Z toho usuzuji, že buď je servis natolik žádaný, že lidé si rádi spousty hodin povídají se svými oblíbenými mechaniky, nebo tak špatný, že si lidé na mechaniky stěžují, nebo zkrátka se nikomu nechce telefon zvedat. Myslím si ale, že Best Drive zřídil linku bezpečí pro svoje klienty a tudíž je na drátě spoustu ubrečených buzíků, co blokují linku mně. Protože přeci zvednout telefon umí i cvičená opice.
Mockrát děkuji za spousty krásných písní, které hrály při vyčkávání. Mám chuť si z nich podřezat hrdlo. S přáním příjemného zbytku dne, Tepeš.

No matter when I call, at any time of the day, it's still the same and I don't call absolutely anyone. From this I deduce that either the service is so in demand that people like to talk to their favorite mechanics for many hours, or so bad that people complain about the mechanics, or in short, no one wants to pick up the phone. But I think Best Drive has set up a safety line for its clients, so there are a lot of crying buzzers on the wire blocking my line. Because even a trained monkey can pick up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovolat se do servisu je nemožné. Stále po několika dnech a hodinách telefonuji jenom s robotem, který mi tvrdí, že jsem v pořadí. To musí v tomto servisu přezouvat celou Prahu a Brno. Nedoporučuji tento servis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to mému bydlišti nejbližší pneuservis s možností uskladnění pneumatik. I dodání objednaných pneu bylo bezproblémové a rychlé. Je však zapotřebí si dávat pozor na objednávky přezutí pneumatik, termíny se rychle plní a nedokáží tady být tak flexibilní, jak by člověk potřeboval. S prací techniků jsem však spokojen a nikdy to nebyl problém.
