★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Посетила Ketrin Center недавно. Записывалась на классический массаж. Хочу оставить положительный отзыв, так как уже давно не ходила на такой качественно выполненный массаж. Руки у мастера Оксаны просто золотые. Всем советую. Обязательно запишусь ещё раз.
 Visited Ketrin Center recently. I signed up for a classic massage. I want to leave a positive review, as I have not gone to such a high-quality massage for a long time. Master Oksana's hands are simply golden. I advise everyone. I will definitely sign up again.

Написав в директ, его записали, но, придя на процедуру, его приняла молодая девушка, которая не имеет медицинского образования. Изложить свою мысль с помощью медицинской терминологии и понимания происходящего, она, к сожалению, не смогла. При этом, девушка милая и приятная. Как косметолог, может, и хороший специалист, но не в плане лечения акне, в нашем случае. Это была косметолог Елизавета, приём где-то в начале мая. Вопросов к ней у меня нету, вопрос к администраторам, которые записывали и не уточнили, что есть несколько специалистов и к кому мы хотим записаться. На момент записи, на странице не было никакой информации, что принимает не доктор Григулька, на странице её фото, информация была только о ней. И написала что хочу на приём к «Вам» а не «вам», что изначально подразумевает обращение к конкретному человеку.

Having written in direct, they wrote him down, but, having come to the procedure, he was accepted by a young girl who has no medical education. Unfortunately, she was unable to express her thoughts using medical terminology and understanding what was happening. At the same time, the girl is sweet and pleasant. As a beautician, maybe a good specialist, but not in terms of acne treatment, in our case. It was the beautician Elizaveta, an appointment sometime in early May. I have no questions for her, a question for the administrators who wrote down and did not specify that there are several specialists and who we want to sign up to. At the time of the recording, there was no information on the page, which was not accepted by Dr. Grigulka, on the page of her photo, the information was only about her. And I wrote that I want to see “you” and not “you”, which initially implies an appeal to a specific person.

Péče je vždy zaměřená na aktuální stav mé pokožky a všechny nové procedury mi paní Taťana dopodrobna vysvětlí i s doporučením pro následnou domácí péči.
I have been going to Tatyana Hryhulková's cosmetics for several years and I am more than satisfied! The treatment takes place in a very pleasant environment and atmosphere. The care is always focused on the current condition of my skin, and Ms. Taťana will explain all the new procedures to me in detail, including recommendations for follow-up home care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po ošetrení sa mi vyhodil ekzém, po kontaktovaní salónu nikto nereagoval. Žena nechodí na kozmetiku, aby mala ekzémy po tvári, chcela som len vedieť názor, čím by to mohlo byť nakoľko do teraz som so žiadnou značkou problém nemala, ale bola som ignorovaná. Takže super prístup , určite nedoporučujem.
After the treatment, I got eczema, after contacting the salon, no one responded. The woman doesn't go to cosmetics to have eczema on her face, I just wanted to know what it could be, as I haven't had a problem with any brand until now, but I've been ignored. So great approach, I definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took time to find a cosmetologist I would trust and a place where I enjoy atmosphere. I have been using services in Ketrin Esthetic Center since it was opened and was always satisfied with the quality and approach. The best cosmetologist, LPG (definitely the best in all city), massage, IPL epilation experience I had in Prague. I recommend this Center to everyone.
