At this fast food restaurant, I rate very positively that the food was really fast and freshly prepared, great fries, at the strip. Pleasant service, normal prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice nepříjemná a arogantní obsluha na kase. Měla by si všímat svého a nekoukat na věci jako je jméno na kartičce. Při nabídnutí drobných mě pokladní probodla pohledem a ani neodpověděla. Slušnosti je podat nějakou zpětnou vazbu ne ? Jinak jídlo dobré

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdybych mohla dám 0 hvězdiček. Už po třetí jsem si zde chtěla dát s sebou Bsmart s twistrem bez rajčat a vždy v autě zjistím že i přes to, že mě na kase ujistili že mi to udělají bez rajčat, tak je tam vždy hromada rajčat!!!! Mám silnou alergii tak to vždy letělo do koše. Nevím jestli je mám prosit na kolenou. Příště rozhodně ke konkurenci !!!!
If I could I would give 0 stars. For the third time I wanted to bring Bsmart with a twister without tomatoes here and I will always find in the car that even though they assured me that they would do it without tomatoes, there is always a pile of tomatoes !!!! I have a strong allergy so it always flew into the trash. I don't know if I should beg them on my knees. Definitely next time to the competition !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po delší době návštěva KFC u kina a na delší dobu naposledy. Menší kousky jsme v KFC nikdy nedostali. Na zasmání dobré, na najedení nikoliv.
After a long time, visit KFC at the cinema and for a longer time for the last time. We never got smaller pieces at KFC. Good for laughing, not for eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Qurrito for my son, the last slice was missing meat , it was only a bit of cheese and bbq sauce , so when track of they came add some chicken pieces, the nice girl called the manager, I showed her the empty slice , she instantly offered me a replacement and apologized. I didn’t expect that as fast food chains don’t know how to deal well with costumers , but this manager ( Karolina or Marketa) I forgot ( the lovely lady with the glasses .She was very professional. Well done ?
