★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hvězda za prostředí, druhá za dobrou čokoládu. Prostořeká servírka až nepříjemně dotěrná. Oslovení zlatíčko mě trochu uvedlo do rozpaků. Absence cen v čokoládách, na stole žádný nápojový lístek nenajdete... Tohle místo už určitě nikdy nenavštívíme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc milá a příjemná obsluha. Ráda chodím převážně na snídaně. Dorty vynikající, jen terasu bych obohatila květinami. Nad rámec spokojenost.
Very nice and pleasant service. I like to go mostly for breakfast. Delicious cakes, I would only enrich the terrace with flowers. Beyond satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud by se daly dát záporné hvězdy, tak dám -5 . Obsluha ve dvou lidech nezvládá poloprázdnou kavárnu, 20 minut čekaní na objednávku a nic. Při odchodu neskutečně drzá a arogantní, příště své peníze utratím jinde!! Všiml jsem si, že i ostatní hosté si ze zahrádky po nějaké době šli raději objednat k pultu, všude jinde by takový lokál mohli zavřít! Panu majteli je asi jedno jestli mu podnik šlape, nebo ne. V Havířově je plno lepších podniků kde za své peníze dostanu adekvátní služby a navíc s příjemným personálem!!!
If negative stars could be given, I would give -5. The service in two people does not manage a half-empty cafe, 20 minutes of waiting to order and nothing. When leaving, he is incredibly rude and arrogant, next time I will spend my money elsewhere !! I noticed that the other guests from the garden after some time preferred to order to the counter, everywhere else they could close such a place! The owner doesn't care if the company steps on it or not. Havířov is full of better companies where I get adequate services for my money and moreover with friendly staff !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušná kavárna vedle kina s televizí a wifi kafe by mohlo mít mírnější cenu ale ovocný nápoj který sem měl to zase svou cenou napravil a servírka byla taky milá
A decent cafe next to the cinema with TV and wifi coffee could have a milder price, but the fruit drink that I had here corrected it again with its price and the waitress was also nice
