Další obchod, který tahá lidi na dostupné zboží a až když jsem se jim po víc jak 10 dnech ozval, tak mi řekli, že na zboží stále čekají. Po měsíci jsme společně objednávku zrušili a i to bylo s komplikacemi typu, že musím opět poslat číslo účtu protože kolega co vidí platby tak je jinde, blablabla.. (Na objednávce i v eshopu bylo stále zboží psané jako "na skladě"). Držím palce aby to do příště vychytali, rád bych podporoval české dodavatele. Nyní jdu jinam Very bad experience with the e-shop. Objednány náplně do sodastream s příchutí coca-cola, v objednávce od dodavatele vše potvrzeno, po měsíci čekání, bez jakéhokoliv upozornění mi byly zaslány čistící tablety do sodastreamu. Podle emailu a poslané faktury předem jsem včas odhalila a balík bez vyzvednutí nechala poslat zpět. Žádná komunikace od obchodu, ani upozornění, že zboží není dostupné. Za mě velká nespokojenost s obchodem......tady už nenakoupím!! Dissatisfaction!! Ordered sodastream refills with coca-cola flavor, everything confirmed in the order from the supplier, after a month of waiting, without any notice, I was sent cleaning tablets to the sodastream. According to the email and the invoice sent, I discovered in time and had the package sent back without collection. No communication from the store, nor a warning that the goods are not available. For me, great dissatisfaction with the business ...... I will not buy here anymore !!
