★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod co se týče vybavení a dostupnosti zboží, super, ale ta obsluha katastrofa. Divím se že v dnešní době s,i drží takový super obchod tak drzou obsluhu a to není jen můj názor, ale všech mých přátel a známých co jsme se jich ptala na zkušenosti s tímto obchodem. Všichni tvrdí to samé. Byla jsem tam poprvé a naposledy. Samozřejmě nic jsem nekoupila.
Shop in terms of equipment and availability of goods, great, but the service disaster. I wonder nowadays with, i hold such a super shop so insolent service and it's not just my opinion, but all my friends and acquaintances we asked them about the experience with this shop. Everyone says the same thing. I was there for the first and last time. Of course I didn't buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 1.2.2020 jsme zakoupili elektrické struhadlo v prodejně TESCOMA, náměstí 17.list. v Příbrami, struhadlo je nekvalitní, jen co jej manžel rozbalil, hned mu bylo jasné, že struhadla jsou tupé,tak hned jsme to zabalili a dnes jsme chtěli sruhadlo vrátit s tím, že si zakoupíme jiný výrobek. Ale se zlou jsme se potázali, pan vedoucí nepřistoupil na žádný kompromis. BYli jsme velmi zklamáni s přístupem prodávajícího. Nedoporučuji tuto prodejnu.

Jsem zvyklá, že obsluha v obchodech Tescoma je milá a ochotná, musím říct, že v tomto obchodě jsem se setkala s pravým opakem. Paní prodavačka nebyla ani ochotna vyslechnout můj problém a rovnou mi řekla, že pokud jsem výrobek nezakoupila u nich v obchodě, tak mi nepomůže. Škoda. Chtěla jsem zde ještě něco dokoupit, ale po téhle zkušenosti mě zde nikdo neuvidí.
