Great bike shop with the best service in the country. At least from my experience. I carry a bicycle from Prague to Most for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel při návštěvě obchodu kdy jsme měli myšlenku utratit cca 180 tisic za kola (2x MTB ELEKTRO A 1x MTB celoodpruzene) vč. doplňků personál nebyl schopný pozdravit, nebo alespoň ne tak nahlas abychom to slyšeli a totální neochota prodavače a prodavačky byla až nemožná. Aby nás někdo oslovil sme si museli projít skoro celý obchod, kde panovala vcelku ponurá atmosféra(zhasnutá světla) a dojít si k pultu pro oslovení. Stačili dvě věty neochotného prodavače a bylo jasné, že zde peníze určitě nenecháme.
BOHUŽEL sme se během návštěvy dozvěděli jen to, že by prodavač raději spal.
Nechápu jak tento obchod může mít na webu takto vysoké hodnocení a mít vůbec nějaké prodeje.
Unfortunately, when visiting the store when we had the idea to spend about 180 thousand for bikes (2x MTB ELEKTRO AND 1x MTB fully sprung) incl. The staff was unable to greet the accessories, or at least not so loud to hear it, and the total reluctance of the saleswoman was impossible. In order for someone to address us, we had to go through almost the entire store, where there was a rather gloomy atmosphere (lights out) and come to the counter for addressing. Two sentences from a reluctant salesman were enough, and it was clear that we would definitely not leave money here.
Unfortunately, we only learned during the visit that the salesman would rather sleep.
I don't understand how this store can have such a high rating on the web and have any sales at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemají chybu, a Servis je tam výborný zkušený pán platit ho zlatem!!! Udělal mi servis na řazení lankovody vše potřebné.
They have no mistake, and the service there is an excellent experienced gentleman to pay him gold !!! He did me the service to shift the cable lines everything I needed.

Je vidět, že je to baví a hlavně že ví.
Nabídka slušná, ceny odpovídající.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nezvladnou ani opravit pichle kolo. Očividně nafoukane těsně před předáním, jelikož stále uchází... Hlavně že penizky cinkání.... Nikdy víc.
