Began to move, even with a very slow rotation with the watch. 3x unacknowledged complaint, for the first time the watch returned after a month without any statement on the claimed defect, sent again for a complaint and only in the second and third complaint came a statement so professional that any child would write it with the fact that it is an interdental will, which is common with watches of this type, it is there from the very beginning and does not actually affect the functionality of the watch (according to my main function of the watch is to show time) ??? One minute here, one minute there, who would mind with a watch for 4190, - !!! If there is this defect from the beginning, why was I not informed of this fact when buying the watch or was I not offered a discount ??? Why all this is happening in your company I hope every reasonable person will answer for himself. Moreover, this Rodania brand is no longer even in the portfolio of products offered by this company, why ??? Anything but a customer is important for this company !!!!!! I am uploading photos of the expert opinion sent by you on the defect of our watches, so that people can see what you are and everyone can make a picture of themselves before buying from you !!!! Another of the companies where they consider their customers to be dumb sheep !!!! After consulting with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, we will take further steps regarding our problem, first we will try to contact the Swiss manufacturer directly and get his opinion with the help of native Swiss (friends), then we will have an expert opinion and then we will be represented by the CTIA. It's like I'm deliberately and deliberately defective. When selling a very nice service, which clearly sells at all costs and damaged goods .. When solving the problem nice approach disappears. Unfortunately, this is the trend today, but the customer likes to buy again. I have lost confidence in the company and I would not buy again or recommend it to others. I hope that now everything will be ok and the recipient will not return it after a week ...

When visiting the store, two absolutely annoying arrogant saleswomen, whom I greeted twice and were never able to answer my greeting. They solved their personal problems during working hours and they were absolutely not interested in the customer's presence in the store. They glanced at me here as if I wanted to rob them. I waited at the cash register that one of them might be willing to get up and help me with the selection. No way. I don't understand what this approach is.

By no means do I recommend a purchase at this store. Men's bracelet purchased before Christmas. Even then, it should have occurred to me that not everything would be OK. The saleswoman pretended to bother her and you can only dream of some willingness and possible advice. We are used to a completely opposite approach to the competition (Aurum jewels). When asked if the goods could be exchanged if they did not fit, she said yes. What was my surprise when I brought the bracelet in exchange. The same lady saleswoman :-) After opening the box, the lady triumphantly told me that she could not exchange the worn goods. On my statement that the bracelet was only tested and the label in the size of 1x2cm and the thread was stored in the box, she just pointed her finger at the sign at the cash register. I dare say that 99% of the goods in this store are also worn, because everyone will try it before buying! It's all about the human approach and don't look for it here!
